She always looks superb in her dress & her attention to detail with hair & makeup complete the picture. Her performances always leave the patrons wanting more & she is always more than willing to please as well as standing in at the drop of a hat if another Artiste fails to arrive for their performance. Rose is getting very well established now on the UK 1940s scene as one of the most sought after Singer entertainers & is always my first choice. Book her, you will not be disappointed.”"

"All the residents, staff and carers loved it when Ruth came to perform for us. Everyone was singing along to the vintage songs and it reminded us of when the songs were out, back in the day. Ruth has a lovely voice, gorgeous outfits and her vintage-style session is quite a novelty in the Hull area. We can’t wait to have her back!"

"I held my event at short notice and found Melissa on this site, a she was able to accommodate . like to also thank Melissa for her upmost professionalism during my party helping me in deciding the times to proceed with her singing and coincide with my speech and buffet to not be interrupted.I would have happily payed more than I was quoted. One of the best solo singers I’ve come across. Absolutely amazing, such a natural performer. The genre of music was expansive and accommodating to all age groups. Everyone at my party has said how good she was. Once again thank Melissa, am already getting asked where I found you. 10 out 10 all day long, no bones about. Amazing "

"I just wanted to drop you a line and say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding in April. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be getting ready upstairs and to hear the harp playing from the other side of the garden. It was so calming and peaceful when I felt so nervous at the time!! The harp made every part of the wedding so special - as I made my entrance, as we made our way back down the aisle and during the drinks reception outside. We had so many comments from our guests to compliment you and to say how lovely it was to hear the harp during the day. I really appreciate everything you have done for us and just wanted to let you know how amazing it was to have you there to play during the best day of our lives! Thank you so so much!"

"I booked joe at short notice to perform at my sons wedding on anglesey. He as brilliant, totally professional and reliable. He listened to exactly the atmosphere the bride and groom were hoping to create with his music, he sang and played beautifully to entertain the guests and even did a lovely rendition of elvis "cant help falling in love with you " as the bride walked down the aisle. Everyone was very impressed with him. If you are thinking of hiring joe for a special occasion, i can definitely recommend him .thank you so much joe, you were just perfect. "We booked Becky & Josh for our wedding on 13th April and they were honestly incredible. From the moment I booked them, to my first moment of hearing them sing our ‘walking down the aisle song’, I absolutely knew I had done a 10/10 job in finding them!? musically gifted people, with lovely warm personas which is just what you want on your special day. I wouldn’t just recommend them, I would recommend them for your WHOLE DAY! Do not make my mistake and just book them for your ceremony and reception, you have so much going on during these moments that you will never get the full appreciation, spend those extra pennies and have them at the wedding breakfast too! Thank you both so much again! The Gills x"

"Beyond expectations - an absolute talent! We found J G after my now-Husband decided maybe we should get get some live entertainment for our wedding reception instead of just using the venues sound system. So after searching and reading the stellar reviews we landed on Joe. Best decision we've ever made. From start to finish Joe was an absolute professional and a genuine delight to work with. We were a little bit flappy as our decision to have live music was only made 2 months prior to the big day and Joe was so great in talking everything through with us and advising on setlist choices based on our music tastes and what works well in his experience. Joe even learnt a few pop punk classics for us! (these went down very well with our crowd of elder emos) Now to the main event - we knew Joe would be fantastic based on his show reels, but we were absolutely blown away. Joe provided the exact vibe and atmosphere we were looking for for our intimate reception and our guests couldn't stop telling us how incredible he sounded. We couldn't be more grateful to have had Joe help make our special day just that more special."
