"Charlie was our DJ for our wedding night at Wildes Inns on 13th June 2026. Before the event, it was so easy to use the site to submit our requested tracks. He did a fantastic job of keeping our guests entertained all evening, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting a DJ for their wedding - or other celebration!"

"Chris and the team were fantastic, the set up was beautiful and they came on time. The stage was stunning I would definitely recommend this company, very polite and amazing customer service. Chris at Core Event really made a big effort to help me every step from helping with designs and sending photos to help create the look I wanted the stage was exactly what we wanted. "Lukasz was the most incredible sound person we could've asked for. From the planning through to the day itself he was communicative, clear, enthusiastic and you could contact him immediately and within minutes he'd have a reply! On the day itself he was calm, efficient and set everything up at the wedding precisely as we needed, and supervised the whole thing. It was seamless. I honestly couldn't recommend him more - the value for his service was extraordinary. It was like a miracle sound engineer dropped into our laps for our wedding!"

"I am a professional acoustic covers singer, regularly performing around the UK and have worked with countless other sound engineers in the past. Chris was conducting the sound at the Red Deer in Sheffield when I played there on 24th September, and I can vouch for his expert ability in providing a fantastic front-of-house mix and providing exactly the right monitoring that I desired. As well as possessing top notch gear, he clearly has in-depth knowledge and conducted himself with utmost professionalism. He is also a friendly and approachable person, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the recordings of the show that he had taken from the desk. Highly recommended for all your live sound needs :)"

"I had the pleasure of working with Tom, who provided sounds for my work Jazz Band's charity gig in London and he was absolutely fantastic. His professionalism, due diligence and attention to detail was outstanding and made the 11-piece band sound incredible. I would 100% recommend him to do sound for your project or band."

"Lukas was extremely helpful in helping us set up our live sound for the band. We told him we struggled with feedback and getting volumes correct with our gigs. He come and helped us set up properly showed us step by step how to get rid of all the problems we were facing and answered any questions I had along the way. Overall very helpful. Our gigs have been great since. I would 100% recommend"

"The sound and equipment was amazing as was Chris himself, flexible, relaxed and very professional, we had may different styles of music, big band, country, rap, blues, acoustic and the sound for each was spot on, vocals were clear and drums sounded great. We are definitely booking him again for next year, Thanks Chris."

"Wanted a disco ball and some uplighters to help my daughter’s 18th birthday party “sparkle”! The friendly team at Core Events were so helpful, from start to finish, with lots of advice on what to hire, and guidance on how to set things up ourselves.
