"Just a quick note to say a BIG thank you to the band for making my special birthday party go so well. Amazing to see everyone of all ages up on the dance floor which was down to the great music that was played by yourselves and the lead vocals by Sid were stunning! A lot of guests commented on your performance and wanted to know where I found you, so maybe more bookings will come forward ? Thanks again."

"We were looking for a band with a repertoire of jump jive and swing music for our wedding reception and found One Jump Ahead. The band did such a great job, they had such great energy, and our guests loved dancing to their music. There was good variety of songs so that our non-swing dancing guests could show of their moves too! We loved the first dance and really appreciate the band learning the song for us, we hope they will continue to play it in their future gigs. We had very good communication with Kit in the run up to the wedding and the band were able to set up by themselves which made things run smoothly for us, and were very flexible and relaxed on the night. We'll be recommending you to our family and friends for future events!"

Thanks Sherri! It was a really great reception, made all the better by the lovely sunny weather we had. It was excellent that many of your guests were swing dancers - we always like to play for them! (It's still a pleasure playing for other dancers, too, of course - or even those who prefer just to listen!) "One of the best bands I have seen at a wedding. We had the pleasure of hiring these guys for our wedding in May and they did not let us down! They had everyone up and dancing to a bit of Justin Timberlake and our favourite was their version of Ignition! Thank you so much. We cant wait to see you all again!"

"Mr P was amazing, I would not hesitate to recommend him. He played at my daughter's 40th Birthday party and I could not have been happier. All the guests loved him. If you book Mr P I am sure you will not be disappointed, I can't recommend him highly enough. I would definitely use him again. His playing is very professional, but he is also very easy to deal with. He is thoughtful and will do all he can to accommodate your wishes & make your event a success. "We had a great night. They certainly made us exercise and it was sooooo hot! Everyone really enjoyed themselves - there was lots of laughter. Unfortunately, it is apparent that we are quite uncoordinated!"

"We booked Chris for our wedding entertainment on a whim after hearing him at a local wedding fair and struck gold. He was so easy to communicate with and needed minimal direction before, and on the big day. He arrived on time, had set up, and was already playing by the time we arrived back to the venue after taking some pictures - exactly what you want on such a busy day. Chris' blend of relaxed indie guitar was the perfect background music to our laid-back wedding, our guests were complimenting him all night! We even paid extra for Chris to stay an another hour, it was going so well, we didn't him to stop (we are very grateful to him for being such a good sport - especially with the impromptu karaoke) He is an extremely talented singer, and we are over the moon with his professionalism and performance."

"I booked Dave to play for us at a hen party and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish, his communication through out was brilliant . Dave playing at the party made the bride to be night , all the guests commented on how amazing he was . Best sax player around can not recommend enough!"
