"I was told about these guys by a friend who hired them and I was not disappointed when we hired them for our Christmas party. Two really nice guys playing a georgeous set. Great sound!! "

"I hired Slider to play at my husbands surprise 40th birthday party. I can’t recommend the band enough, nothing was too much trouble (they even dressed up as Peaky Blinders in keeping with the theme of the party). They read the room and knew how to keep everyone on the dance floor, I’ve had so many positive comments about the band from the party guests and I can honestly say I would hire them again in a heart beat!"

"We had Mitch and the band for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration last month and they were absolutely incredible!!! From communication prior to the event to the last tune they ensured the evening was personalised. From the beautiful acoustic start, gorgeous sax playing and DJ beats the music catered for everyone. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the music with many guests mentioning how good they were and inquiring about them. I will definitely look to book them again in the future and highly recommend anyone to go ahead and book them- you certainly won’t be disappointed!!!!"

"These ladies proved perfect for our 1940's themed cruises, entertaining our passengers with a great range of wartime and big band standards, with frequent changes of costumes and great audience interaction. A delightful trio of ladies who were more than happy to change set lists and performance times throughout the day according to the needs of the ship. Their day with us ended in passengers dancing and joining in a full throated sing- a - long to much acclaim. One of the most entertaining and versatile groups I have used in 40 years of running cruises, we have received strong positive feedback from our passengers, and will be booking Angie and her trio again in 2025 for another 40s themed cruises. "Hi guys! Thank you so much for Saturday, we really loved it and you guys play the best music! Blink 182 and Greenday etc literally reminded us and our mates of our teenage years and being young and childfree again haha! And ending on Hey Jude was perfect! (big Beatles fans, had Beatles songs in the ceremony too!). We had the best time! Hope we get the chance to hear you guys again soon, we will definitely be recommending you guys to everyone! "Thanks again for playing at our wedding! Was such an amazing night. All of the guests were so happy with the music and said you guys were awesome! It was such great music to dance to! Also thanks for the way you handled the drunk man wanting to sing Frank Sinatra situation haha! You handled it very well and professionally. "Excellent. The band were superb. They played for my 60th birthday party and the music was excellent quality and just right for the varied aged audience. They had us all up dancing but people were still able to chat as the volume was just right. . They were very professional in terms of communication, punctuality and quality of sound and music. I wish I could have another celebration to hire them again!!"

"We had the band play at our wedding on the 15th October at Oulton Hall…what I can say they were absolutely amazing!!!!!! The dance floor was full all the time,they played an amazing variety of music and all my guests afterwards said how fantastic they were and where did we find them! We also had acoustic music played whilst enjoying canapés and drinks and this was also a lovely touch from Mitch and the others from the band! The saxophone and music towards the end of the night was a great end to the night….I would highly recommend booking this band for your wedding!! Best we have ever heard ?? thanks again to everyone who played we are so grateful. Sophie and paddy x"
