"Davie, I just wanted to contact you to say, ‘thank you VERY much, indeed’ to you and your band members for performing last Friday evening at the annual Grange Dyvours Tennis Club ‘Snow Ball’ and making it the tremendous success that it was. I have been to many weddings, ceilidhs and parties over the years and danced to many bands and I can tell you, without a shadow of a doubt, that ‘The Big Shoogle’ stands head and shoulders above the rest. Who would have thought that weaving in Pink Floyd and Deep Purple tracks in the middle of a Dashing White Sergeant would have worked but it did! You were an absolute pleasure to deal with, before our event; you all drove a considerable distance to arrive, at exactly the time requested, to set up all your equipment then, after our dinner, you returned to put on the most amazing performance. Some of our (non-Scottish) members had never danced some of the dances before but you made sure to talk everyone through what was expected, as a warm up, before the mayhem began. My face was sore laughing, at the end of some of those dances. Just brilliant. Our ‘Snow Ball’ on Friday evening was an astounding success and we have you to thank for that. Absolutely first class. P.s. Also, thanks for taking our booking for our ball, next Christmas. I wanted to get in quick to secure you as I know how much in demand you are! "

"The band were fantastic last night, excellent all round and they really did a great job, we loved it! They helped to make the night the success it was with great song choices, professionalism, easy demeanour, and importantly great sound. I would recommend Hard to Handle to anyone without hesitation. "I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for playing at our wedding. You were absolutely fantastic, so many people came to me the following day to say how much they loved the band and that you guys made the wedding! I absolutely loved your arrangement of our first dance song, I really couldn’t have wished for more, and your setlist was just perfect for getting everyone dancing. Honestly, you guys were just fantastic, I cannot recommend you enough to anyone hosting a party! You have been a delight to work with and had great communication throughout the booking process. It was lovely to meet you and chat with you as well. All in all, such a positive experience."

"These guys are absolutely amazing!! Andy and Chris performed at my Chicago Blues evening on 30 April and not a person was left sitting for the majority of the night. The music they performed, the way they interacted with the audience and the professionalism of these two is second to none. I would most definitely book them again with no hesitation and wish I could do a Blues Brothers night every month! If you're looking for this kind of act, then I really don't think you'd find much better than 106 Miles to Chicago."

"Anita and Andy were excellent. Although we only managed to get just over an hours performance, it wasn't down to them, but due to other things happening on the night running over. Anita and Andy remained professional throughout the delays and put on a superb show for us all. So good in fact, that many of the audience preferred listening to them instead of dancing all night. We'll certainly be giving their details to others who asked about them."

"Girl Gone Rogue was one of many bands that played at the towns family fun day and they were fantastic! Played loads of songs- great mixture for every one. Cant wait to see them again. Great atmosphere and fantastic songs. Thanks"
