"Soul Generations performed at our wedding this weekend just gone and they were everything we could have wanted! The whole band sounded brilliant and song choices were perfect. From first to last song we enjoyed every second of it, they interacted well with our guests, had a great sound from wherever you were in the venue, and kindly allowed us to use their PA system after to continue the music until the end of the night. I couldn't recommend them more!"

"After viewing lots of different bands on Youtube, we went to see Soul Funk Classic in a bar in Accrington. The music was excellent and although the stage wasn't big enough to have all 8 members, it was enough to persuade us to book them for our daughter's wedding. We live in West Yorkshire and agreed a very reasonable price including travel for the full 8 piece band. The music was excellent and appealed to a wide range of ages, playing classics that everyone knew, such as music from films The Blues Brothers, The Commitments and artists such as Aretha Franklin. They played 2 longs sets and had all the guests dancing: they were even asked for encores. The band were very friendly and integrated themselves into the event to help create a memorable occasion. Without hesitation I would definitely recommend them for your event!"

"Mitch was an excellent DJ! He stepped in when our original DJ cancelled, and with very short notice still managed to get the vibe we wanted. His energy was always 10/10, and he read the mood of the crowd brilliantly. We’d highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful evening Mitch."

Ourselves and our guests LOVED the music Matt sang at our wedding - what a talented man. He looked very smart in his suit and was extremely professional from the moment we booked him. "Detroit Deluxe were engaging, energetic and excellently executed every song performed. As a couple, our music taste crosses over in the soul and RnB categories and we felt through Detroit Deluxe, we could have crowd pleasers to involve our family and friends, that we also loved so much! They really delivered! We had so many positive comments about how amazing the lead singers' voices were! To top it off, they created a musical medley for our first dance! Outstanding. "

"It has been my Fortune to have witnessed the Fantastic 'Phenomenon' that is Funk It Up! at many a Function. They are Furiously Funky, Fabulously Fun, and, and.... and....OK I've run out of F words? If you haven't seen them, WHY NOT??? They're the tightest funk band for many a mile, perhaps in the world ??❤️"

"If you’re wanting an incredible band for your function definitely book Melody Avenue, they are INCREDIBLE. Our first wedding reception duo let us down and we hired Melody Avenue last minute and I’m so so glad the first duo fell through because Melody Avenue were exactly what we were looking for. They were insane. Micki has a beautiful voice and they also performed our first dance song with only a week and a half’s notice. That’s how good they are! We’ve had nothing but compliments for our wedding reception entertainment and a lots of people asked for details/business cards for them as they were that good. 100% recommend them. Thank you so much guys!! "
