"It meant a lot to us to have marc perform at our wedding; having been fans of his music for a long time. his beautifully heartfelt rendition of Northern Sky by Nick Drake was the perfect accompaniment to the ceremony and his accommodating manner and outright professionalism was a great comfort to us both on what could have been a stressful day! we wouldn't hesitate for a second to wholeheartedly recommend Marc to anyone looking to book a musician for their big day."

"Fi has, rightly, a greatly praised voice, and this worked a treat in that environment. She possesses excellent technique & frequently went for complex lines and pulled them all off with aplomb. She has equally good dynamic sensibilities and used shifts of these with discretion for extra effect. Alex's playing mirrored this: skilled yet tasteful with generally chorded accompaniment when Fi was singing and when it came to his solos, the runs, though often improvised, served the song, not his ego. They have an empathetic understanding I think: not just in the interplay between voice & piano but also in their several duets & this was another element in the playfulness"

"Hollie came to perform electric violin covers of pop songs at my 30th birthday party. Her performance was fantastic, she selected tracks which suited the violin and many guests commented on the uniqueness and quality of the performance. "

He performed in a very professional and likeable manner which endeared him very much to the audience in the warm evening sunshine! " ‘We came across Neil whilst searching for a singer/musician for our recent wedding. After watching some of his YouTube videos we decided he was the guy for us as his musical tastes were similar to ours. Contact and communication was superb and when it came to our first dance song we had something special in mind. Neil learned the particular track and believe me, he nailed it and it made our first dance so special. Neil played two 45 minutes sets and both were superb and had everyone in their feet dancing! I can’t recommend Neil highly enough. His professionalism and quality is awesome! Would I book him for future events? You can bet on it! "I booked Backstreet Noise for my husbands Surprise 40th birthday. From the start - the communication with Jamie was brilliant. It was very easy and put my mind to rest with songs etc. Super excited to have them and they did not disappoint. Everyone had a blast, music was amazing and everyone had a great time. "We found Soul Of The Party back in 2019 when we first started planning our wedding and they played for us (finally!) three weeks ago! Best decision we made. The whole process of booking, planning and then changing (thanks COVID!) was made easy and pleasant by Richard who was great with communicating, flexible and friendly. The band learnt our wedding song which we obviously adored, but every song had our guests up and dancing for the entire night. In fact, the dancing started for the sound check which our guests were gutted about when it turned out they weren’t starting yet! Ha! We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding exactly what we wanted. We would recommend Soul Of The Party for any kind of occasion and know that the next event we have, we will be making sure to book them again."
