"Hi I had Lisa play for us at our wedding in December '13. She is an amazingly talented musician and very easy to work with when organising the music for the church and reception. We had some ideas of our own and Lisa was able to play the songs we requested as well as recommending a few more that beautiful on the day. She incorporated the harp and banjo into our requested songs and she has a voice that has to be heard to be believed! Lisa's music helped to create a very special atmosphere and made our day even more memorable! I could not recommend more highly!"

"Great event. We loved the music and Rory was completely professional and helpful right from the initial planning to the performance. "Becky and Josh played at our evening wedding reception and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Their energy was brilliant throughout the whole evening! So many of our guests commented on how great they were, and every single person was on the dance floor at one point or another. "We held an Italian evening and Andrew and Claudio, has accordionist were amazing and made the night really special for our residents and locals who came. They were very professional and on time which made the night run smooth. We would definitely book them again."

"Modern Strings played at the marriage ceremony of our wedding. They had excellent and lovely suggestions for the music to be played, and were more than happy to play music of our choice. Total professionals who didn't give us a moment of worry, these team know their stuff. Ask them for suggestions on how your music choices can fit with timing on the day! Would definitely use again. "

"So firstly being English, we had to browse via websites different pipers and what they could offer… After searching for days we agreed on simply contacting a website. It was very early on in our wedding planning, I must admit and for us first impressions are a big influence. Safe to say Robin’s bio and description was spot on, why didn’t we just search here first!! We emailed the charming fellow, and immediately agreed on his wonderful nature, character and ability to influence our wedding. On the day his attention to detail is truly remarkable, the finish in his regalia was fantastic and was perfectly punctual. He started playing, and extended past what we had asked, simply a wonderful day made all the more special by Robin. We recommend him to anyone without hesitation, thank you so much once again. "
