"The sound was raw, unplugged and had a strong emotional attachment to it. Allan (singer) had a twist to Christmas carols and harmonised well with his friend on the keys. Everybody took a moment to stop and soak in the atmosphere, very rare to find a large office building as such as a Apex Plaza. Well done both. "

You completely exceeded any expectations of ours and blew everyone away with your talent. "The band were absolutely 10/10. We hired ‘The Marvellous Motown Souls’ (10 piece) for our wedding. My goodness, this band are awesome! They were first class from start to finish. The communication from James when planning was outstanding. They learnt multiple additional songs at a request without additional charge. They even accommodated my terrible singing on stage for one song. Our venue commented on how polite and helpful the band were when they were setting up their equipment and instruments. The full and polished sound they produce is quite simply First Class. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. So many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band were. Guys you really made our wedding reception super special and we are so very grateful to you. If you are searching for a wedding band then you really can’t do any better than The Marvellous Motown Souls."

"Really really pleased we asked these guys to play at our conference, the atmosphere was amazing and they played a great range of different songs to suit all music tastes. Having Lizy and the guitarist interacting with us on the dancefloor added that extra little bit of fun to the evening. "What can we say …….? We were nervous and apprehensive to book a band through the internet, having never done this before. However, having listened to The Bee Gees Tribute demo (fantastic!!) and being supported through every stage of the booking process … we knew we had picked the best. "The band were absolutely fantastic, catering to our musical tastes and allowing us to use their speakers to play music between sets. They got everyone dancing and partying and were very enthusiastic. As musicians ourselves, we were very picky about our wedding band but these guys did not disappoint at all. We would recommend them to anyone - great value for money, great service, talented - and they even travelled from London to Lincoln!! :D Thanks. "

"Definitely the best band we've ever heard play at a wedding! Can we say that about our own reception?! I think so! Fresh Grooves were so SO good, they totally blew us away and our family and friends were loving it too. Great songs and really good performers. We would definitely recommend them!"
