"My now wife saw Martha Jones playing in a bar and suggested we book her for our wedding reception. When I went to see her at the Botanist in Didsbury, I was completely blown away. She has such a unique voice and style which is very different to the usual run of the mill singers. She played a numbers of covers and even took requests from the audience. She’s also a lovely person too so we booked her that night! When it came to the wedding, she was very communicative, checking about the songs that we wanted and also learning a couple of songs to play for our wedding ceremony. Everyone was commenting on how great she was and it safe to say that she played a key part in making sure our wedding day was memorable for both us, and also all of our guests. I cannot recommend her highly enough and the only problem Martha Jones has it that she doesn’t know how good she is! Looking forward to seeing her again in a bar soon."

"Steve is amazing...and his videos really don't do him justice! He sang a version of one of our favourite songs as I walked down the aisle and another when we walked back out as a married couple. He's got such a lovely voice, it was perfect. Our guests absolutely loved his playing during the drinks reception, the perfect mix of popular songs at just the right level. I can't recommend him enough. Steve's really professional in what he does, great at communicating during planning and is really flexible. An all round nice guy. On the day he was totally self-sufficient and delivered perfectly! Thanks Steve! "

"I hired James to perform at a family garden party with about 70 guests. We spoke on the telephone prior to the party and he took details of what the occasion was about and various other pieces of information which gave him a good feel for the event before it happened. He turned up precisely on time and set his equipment up before guests arrived. He was dressed in contemporary style and looked every part the rock star. He then, in the most inspired manner, welcomed my guests and introduced himself over the microphone. I am a musician and I can therefore categorically say that James is a mucisian of the highest talent. It was a sunny day and it was hot. His first set lasted 2 hours by which time he had enthralled all my guests with his skill on guitar, his profound knowledge of pedals and loops, his excellent singing voice and range but, above all, his personality which came over like a tsunami of warmth and personality. James is an absolute dude and his contribution to my garden party was immense. He is a considerate and caring person and the complete professional. He looks the part and is the part and my guests warmed to him, asked for requests and sang along. Organising a large party is a lot of work, but James took much of the worry of my shoulders by his microphone manner and the amazing quality of his performance.
