Hire a Classical Pianist in Bedfordshire

Whether you need a pianist for a wedding ceremony, a formal dinner, a drinks reception or a private event, the classical pianists available in Bedfordshire cover a range of repertoire and budgets.

Weddings and events

Classical pianists are most commonly booked for wedding ceremonies, where they provide music as guests arrive and during the key moments of the service. Many also cover the drinks reception and wedding breakfast, mixing classical pieces with lighter material. Beyond weddings, classical pianists are popular at formal dinners, hotel events, church services and private parties. For a wider choice that includes jazz, pop and contemporary styles, browse the main pianists and keyboardists category.

Pianos and equipment

If your venue has a house piano, let the pianist know in advance so they can confirm whether it is suitable and recently tuned. Most classical pianists also carry an electric keyboard as a backup or primary instrument. If an acoustic piano sound is important to you, discuss this with the pianist before booking.

Booking and pricing

Classical pianists in Bedfordshire are currently priced between £100 and £847, with an average of £280. A typical booking covers two sets of around 45 minutes. Travel costs are usually added separately, so choosing a pianist based near your venue will help keep the overall cost down.
