"Nick was fantastic. He turned up with his helpers (children) before we arrived at the venue. He played the music we had requested and at a decent level so that people could hear themselves talking but still got the party going. He asked if we were ok half way through the night and ensured that everything was ok with the music. His set up was perfect for a private function: we catered for about 80 people! He was reasonably priced and polite and friendly. Everything went so well and we will defo use Nick again and would also highly recommend his service! Thanks Nick and his helpers :-)"

"We booked Carlito for our wedding evening party and he absolutely made the night! From the moment he stepped onto the dance floor with his sax, the energy in the room completely lifted. His freestyle sets alongside the DJ were incredible — smooth, vibrant, and perfectly in sync with every track. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the atmosphere was. Carlito blended Ibiza-style vibes with classic party tunes and had everyone dancing non-stop. Professional, friendly, and unbelievably talented — he knew exactly how to read the crowd and take the party to another level. If you want your wedding party to feel unforgettable, Carlito is the one to book. We honestly couldn’t recommend him enough!"

"Jamie was amazing from the minute we first spoke to him, so chilled and made everything stress free which is exactly what we wanted. He has the most incredible voice and his performance of our first dance was honestly unreal, we actually preferred it to the original. Even with only 30 guests at the wedding party, he still managed to fill the dance floor with the DJ set later on. We cannot thank him enough."

"I simply could not recommend Core Event Hire enough. Chris and his team are professional, experienced and do everything at a competitive rate (they even chucked a few things in for free!) My only regret is not using them more on the project I was organising - couldn't be happier."

"The Weekend Groove played at our wedding in the French Alps on June 24th. They were everything you would hope for in a band for an occasion like this; easy to work with, easy and fun to get on with and full of energy for the excellent performance we had on the night. They brought lively and energetic entertainment to our reception and I would definitely recommend them, so much so I've already put them in touch with the wedding venue to recommend to future couples. "We’re really glad we chose this DJ for our event! The music selection was spot on and perfectly matched the vibe of the crowd – the dance floor was full all night. The DJ had a great sense of timing and kept the energy flowing with smooth transitions between different styles and tempos. Sound quality and overall professionalism were excellent. Everything ran seamlessly without any issues, and communication before the event was clear and easy. A truly skilled DJ who knows how to create an unforgettable atmosphere. "Wedding DJ! DJ Karl Joseph was great from start to finish! Helpful and responsive from the initial booking. DJ Karl Joseph was the DJ at our wedding and completely smashed it! The dance floor was packed all night and so many of our guests commented on how good the DJ was! Would 100% recommend and book again in a flash. We were able to have the perfect party and dance into the evening without worrying about a thing! The set up with the rustic rig was also great and matched the vibe of our wedding really well. Best wedding DJ! "
