"I have had the pleasure of employing the services of Cleo Ridgeway as a singer and all round entertainer for 2 events this year (2023) Dealing with Cleo on the run up to the events was really easy, communication was fast and simple. On the day of show Cleo and her partner arrived and just got on with their set up with minimal activity on our part. Such an accomplished entertainer with a wonderful voice and comedic demeanour. "What a breath of fresh air to find someone who honours a booking, listens to your needs, offers a range of equipment to suit the size and type of audience, sets up in a timely, orderly unobtrusive fashion, plays the most amazing mix of music that keeps the dance floor chock full for the whole night. "Upgrad3 played at our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough. We had so much fun, and all the guests absolutely loved them - they really made the evening. The mother of the groom said “They played everything ever known to be danced to, and were excellent!”. We even had Santa on the drums, and I didn’t leave the dance floor! "We used Pinnacle to provide equipment for our family festival fun day. The service was excellent, prompt responses to any questions we had, timing for delivery and set up on the day were great and Nick made it extremely easy to work with him. We will definitely be using them going forward!"

"My husband and I hired Sheldon to perform throughout our wedding day in September. Sheldon was a pleasure to work with on the lead up to the wedding, with great communication, support and ideas – just what we needed through the planning stages! Our evening guests were blown away with Sheldon’s early evening performance and they loved hearing some modern songs with great twists. Sheldon finished the night with a 3 hour DJ set comprising of all our favourite songs. Thank you so much Sheldon, you made the atmosphere of our special day exactly how we wanted it! We would hire you again in a heartbeat!"
