"An absolutely amazing band! We had them for our work Christmas Party and they are so talented. They read the room perfectly and played a great selection of music, catering to every age group at the event. Full of talent and energy, they had everyone on their feet for the entire night. Claire was a dream to deal with before the event and ensured us that everything would run smoothly on the day, which it absolutely did. Songs were clearly added to the playlist based on conversations with Claire, which went down a treat on the night. Platinum Band are an incredible group and will be hoping to use them for any event going forward. Would highly, highly recommend for every kind of function!"

"Had the Smooth Criminals for our wedding on Saturday and my dad's 60th birthday party on Sunday. Everything was done so professionally and effortlessly. We were completely relaxed for the whole of the wedding day knowing James had it under control, played great background music in the afternoon with disco music between sets in the evening. "I just wanted to take this opportunity, now that we're back from our honeymoon, to say a HUGE thank you for the absolutely wonderful music you provided at mine and Luke's wedding. It was perfect! We have had so many comments about how the music added to the atmosphere in the church. The priest, Fr Chris, was particularly taken with you and is keen to form a quartet with members of the congregation! I absolutely loved when you played Halo, it was one of my most treasured moments of our incredible day. "We have lots of bands play at our pub but nobody has a set as varied and interesting as Mostly Harmless. They never let the pace drop with hardly a pause for breath in-between songs. Continued playing after their official finishing time as nobody wanted them to stop. Definitely value for money and highly recommended."

"The Leathernecks were a huge hit at our wedding. They did a great rendition of a bit of a rogue first dance song and played loads of great music through out the night. Lots of very sweaty people on the dance floor!"

"Thank you immensely for the absolutely superb performance at Ratho Parish Church. The success of a wedding relies so much on background music and Scotland Strings certainly excelled in that regard. Personally, Gill and I missed out somewhat as our arrival, by dint of normal bride and father custom and practice, occurred in the late stages of your performance. However, our guests spoke very highly indeed of your presence and delivery and raved of how the quality enhanced a momentous occasion. "Goldsworth Gerry – I can’t thank you guys enough for making my 40th birthday party a truly fantastic night to remember. Literally everything went according to plan, and the playlist was spot-on. Martin made sure that I was kept up-to date with everything and I felt totally confident that they would deliver; and deliver is the understatement of the day. It was electric! After requesting one of my favourite songs by the Chilli Peppers very last minute, you pulled the most incredible performance out of the bag, and even let me fulfil my life-long dream and sing along with you. Friends and family were so impressed by the quality of your vocals and instrumentals throughout the evening. I’ve never heard so many encores! Can’t wait to see you play again. Thank you both!"
