"I was so glad that we decided to book the House of Chords for our wedding celebrations. They could not have been more helpful and co-operative in the weeks of planning and preparation. On the day itself they turned up, sorted themselves out and were completely charming. The repertoire of songs was excellent; an eclectic mix of great songs that were enjoyed by all generations. There were so many positive comments from parents, grandparents, even our teenage son who is seriously into his music. They really helped to make our day memorable and very special."

"Sam did an amazing job playing for us at our wedding ceremony. Not only on the day, but in the run up to it as well - speaking to us about song choices and what was right for us. The music she helped us pick was perfect, and she played it beautifully at our ceremony. Almost everyone commented on how lovely it was to have live harp music. Now I recommend Sam to everyone considering music like this at their wedding - and they do not regret it!"

"Rory and his colleagues played at my husband's 40th birthday party. This was held on a summer evening at home for around 60 people. Having live music totally transformed the night. Rory's band created a really unique atmosphere. The music was relaxed and subtle, which meant that the conversation could flow, but so enjoyable to listen to that you didn't want it to end. I would love to have the opportunity to hear them play again and I would not hesitate to engage them for another occasion."

"Booked kit for my wedding, he was very responsive up until the day where he cancelled a few hours before he was meant to be there. It was due to unforeseen circumstances and I was more than understanding but it’s been a month and he still has not paid me back by deposit! He completely ghosts me and then he responds saying the bank said it will go through in 5 days and then that day never comes…. Be warned. I have all the text correspondence… SHOCKING SERVICE "

"What a treat it was last night to have you playing for us. Your choice of music was delightful and, of course, so beautifully played. I hope you could feel the appreciation from our guests. The dancing went very well considering the large numbers of non-members attending; what they lacked in expertise, they more than made up for in enthusiasm. "I recently heard this amazing young harpist play in Didsbury near where I live. Her programme was fantastic- a mixture of pieces that I knew and some that I didn't, but she completely captivated the audience throughout. I loved her interesting introductions to each piece, I learned so much! I hope very much to have the opportunity to hear Alice play again before too long."

"We had Mads play at our wedding straight after our wedding breakfast and to greet the evening guests. We really wanted to get the party going right away and Mads made that happen. Everyone loved her performance and were up dancing and getting involved. She played 2 30/40 minute sets for us and our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Thank you so much!
