"After having seen GloBand at a couple of other events, I decided to book them for my 40th Birthday Party and they were just great! The set they played was fantastic and very much tailored to my personal taste. We absolutely loved the athmosphere the band created and they had everyone in the dance floor for the whole evening. They are a great addition to any event, very professional and sound great. Would definitely highly recommend and will most certainly book them again for any future events I might organise. Thank you very much for helping to make my party such a success GloBand! "

"We're really pleased we chose The Band to perform at our wedding reception at Kings Weston House. They were full of energy and enthusiasm, and the choice of songs went down well with all our guests! Chris and the band were polite, professional and flexible. It was also convenient that the band were familiar with the venue. We would highly recommend them!"

"We booked Debbie Boyd band at quite short notice for our wedding as we'd been let down by our previous band. A friend recommended them and we were not disappointed! From the first moment of contact Debbie's calm, professional manner put us straight at ease. Nothing was too much trouble! We chose our style of music and our first song and due to the late notice and the fact the song wasn't on the first Dance list, we thought our first dance couldn't be sang but would be played as there was no time for it to be rehearsed so we didn't even ask. Once again from the moment the band arrived we didn't need to worry about anything. The band eased in set up and we're ready to play without a hitch. And then the music started, brilliantly, amazingly perfect! For our first dance the band started playing and Debbie started singing and it was just as beautiful as it should have been and a fantastic surprise! Everyone from every generation was on the dance floor, the atmosphere was fantastic! I can't wait until we have the next big family event so we can book you all again Debbie! For me you are the perfect wedding band and I can't thank you enough for making our evening so very special."

"My wife and I had a black tie/kilted dinner dance recently with over 90 guests of all ages. The highlight of the evening was the Northern Reel Collective.They had everyone up dancing and having fun and with a professional dance caller it all went incredibly well. We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for a traditional, energetic, professional Ceilidh Band . "The Covered recently played at mine and my wife’s wedding. They were a hit (to say the least) and I had numerous guests coming up to me to praise the eclectic mix of songs. The music was excellent but I was also really impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of the band too. We were slightly running behind schedule as dinner was taking longer to serve. However, the guys were extremely patient and considerate to this. We really appreciated this. They even let my father in law play along with them too which was a lovely touch. Amazing performance, band and people. Thank you for making our day/evening. Jonny and Sammie x"

We absolutely loved the band, they were fantastic and really flexible too come the evening when we didn’t really know what was happening with cutting the cake and the first dance.
