"James was absolutely fantastic at our wedding reception, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so lovely and kind- a true gentleman! He was super talented and all of our guests enjoyed his performance who were aged 15 to 80. We had our reception in a pub and James definitely contributed to them having a much busier night as lots of people stayed around outside to listen to him and commented on how good he was ( and it wasn’t a warm evening!!). James had excellent communication throughout the booking process, is accommodating when picking Song choices , and arrived at our venue in plenty of time. To top it all James clearly loves what he does x x we all loved him x x if you are wondering about who to book for your event , don’t hesitate , get james booked, you will not be disappointed x x x "

"Hi Matt, We had a great time and loved everything you did, all our guests loved you too. We thought you did a brilliant job on the first dance song too as I know this was a new one for you. "We could not have been happier that we chose Suns Up for our wedding in April. The band were fantastic from start to finish! The four guys were all so friendly and approachable and it was lovely to meet them before they kicked everything off. From the minute they started playing, there were people on the dance floor and it is fair to say that the dance floor was filled the whole night. They did the most amazing job of getting everyone on their feet (without being cheesy) and their set list was just perfection across the 3 sets. We loved all their song choices before we booked them and we were not disappointed on the night. The band were super accommodating when one of our guests sung us a surprise song, and were even more accommodating when some of our other friends spontaneously performed! We had an absolutely amazing night and it is all credit to Suns Up as they brought all the party vibes. We we loved them so much we asked them to say for a drink at our after party! We were beyond impressed and pleased with the guys. We’ve had so many lovely compliments about how good they were. We honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much! "Amazing! We can't recommend House of Chords enough! We chose them because they seemed more unique than other wedding bands we had looked at. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, with children up way after their bedtime, having a whale of a time. Everyone was talking about how great they were at breakfast the next morning. House of Chords were professional and friendly from start to finish and responded very quickly to emails which is always so helpful when you are busy planning your wedding. Mike contacted us in advance of our wedding to touch base and we had a reassuring and informative call, talking us through how it would all work. Their set list covered all ages and was well thought through based on our music tastes we had discussed. They were one of the best parts of our wedding and an unforgettable experience which we wish we could do all over again. Thank you to Mike, Andy and the rest of the band, from Elodie and Denis."

"A few friends and I went to see G Celtic Folk Rock Band in Pontefract on Friday. What a fantastic talented bunch of musicians these guys are. They delivered punchy folk rock songs, which are mostly their own with a few individual interpretations of some classics throughout the night. Brilliant stuff and highly entertaining. A great venue too, and cannot wait for them to return."

"House of chords were absolutely brilliant! So incredibly well received by our guests, everyone said how much fun the evening reception had been with a great live band. They were really accommodating with learning 3 extra songs for us, they arrived at the venue promptly and their communication with us during the build up to the wedding was brilliant. Couldn’t fault them at all. Worth every penny. Highly recommend this band."

"The band absolutely blew us away. They performed at our wedding and they were absolutely incredible! We had so many compliments from both guests and other suppliers about them. Their set list is so varied and there was something for everyone. The dance floor was full and no one wanted them to stop. We are so pleased we found them as I don't think our wedding reception would have been the same without them. They were also such lovely people and so helpful in the lead up to the wedding. Absolutely outstanding and would recommend to everyone!"
