"The Weekend Groove played at our wedding in the French Alps on June 24th. They were everything you would hope for in a band for an occasion like this; easy to work with, easy and fun to get on with and full of energy for the excellent performance we had on the night. They brought lively and energetic entertainment to our reception and I would definitely recommend them, so much so I've already put them in touch with the wedding venue to recommend to future couples. "The Weekend Groove played at our wedding in Cambridge and were truly excellent. They learnt our first song for us and were very flexible on our choices for the remainder of the set. This flexibility extended to the evening where we had to delay the start and they were absolutely fine with it. Once they started, everyone was jumping around on the dance floor all night and we have had many of our friends and family comment on how good the band was. I would highly recommend them."

"The band were absolutely 10/10. We hired ‘The Marvellous Motown Souls’ (10 piece) for our wedding. My goodness, this band are awesome! They were first class from start to finish. The communication from James when planning was outstanding. They learnt multiple additional songs at a request without additional charge. They even accommodated my terrible singing on stage for one song. Our venue commented on how polite and helpful the band were when they were setting up their equipment and instruments. The full and polished sound they produce is quite simply First Class. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. So many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band were. Guys you really made our wedding reception super special and we are so very grateful to you. If you are searching for a wedding band then you really can’t do any better than The Marvellous Motown Souls."

"Soul Generations played an acoustic set during our drinks reception followed by a live band set in the evening. They learnt our first dance song (by my baby) and they absolutely nailed it. Everyone was raving how good they were afterwards and so many of our friends want their details to play at their weddings next year. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. "

"Jo has been my singing teacher for many years and I booked her to sing at my Mum's 80th Birthday party. Jo spent considerable time liaising with us to come up with the perfect set for the occasion and helping us to decide whether we wanted singing in the background, or as a performance. We opted for a performance and Jo really got the party going! Guests ranged in age from teenagers to those in their 90's and every single one of them either got up and danced or joined in with the singing. My Mum was simply over the moon and has some fabulous video and wonderful photos of all her friends thoroughly enjoying themselves - and memories that she will cherish forever. Jo is professional, reliable and is able to adapt to suit any occasion, but most of all she is fun - a real 'people person' - and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her either as an entertainer or singing teacher."

"The Soul Way! You were FANTASTIC at our wedding! From the impact of the very first moment you started playing, right to the end, the dance floor was full. Thank you so much for making such a party. Your rapport with each other and of course the sound you make is brilliant and I could've gone on all night. Our guests absolutely loved you too. Thanks also for using your expertise in getting the vibe just right and for learning the song my sisters and my Dad requested, it was really special. I would not hesitate to recommend you! "Coz were absolutely amazing and made our wedding day! Super friendly guys and a brilliant and varied repertoire. Proper musicians putting their unique twist on things and Des is a great singer. We had over 100 guests and I've never received so many messages the following day for an event I've organised saying how much they loved the band. The whole place was up dancing!! Would recommend to anyone 100% "

"I got in touch with Part-B after a recommendation from a long-standing friend but didn't really know what we wanted to do in terms of entertainment for a large family gathering. Sam was so helpful on the phone, listened to all of my thoughts and put together the most perfect performance. They played all of my favorite Motown songs and also some new music that the children enjoyed - everyone thought they were amazing and danced the night away. Thank you so much - I will definitely be in touch again for any future family events."

"Wow, these guys are truly a class act. The band where incredibly tight and brilliant musicians and performers. Micki's voice is out of this world - she really is incredible. When she sang "Somebody Else's Guy" the room suddenly went quiet and you could hear a pin a drop. Melody Avenue where the highlight of my party and people still talk about how amazing they were. "Jocee and her guitarist were so amazing and lovely to work with! Felt like I’d known her forever when I met her.
