"Dear Vasili I wanted to thank you very much for your astonishing contribution to the successful evening on 23 June. Your singing and charming presence turned the evening into something truly magical. We were blessed by the beautiful weather and a very attentive and appreciative audience. As you know, not everyone there was very knowledgeable about opera but they all came away wanting to learn more and that is a truly wonderful achievement on your part. The way you explained the background to each song enhanced the experience for everyone. For all of us, the emotion you put into the singing was very moving. Thank you, very much, again for everything you gave that night and for your wonderful voice!"

"From the minute they tuned up with ‘oh What a Night’ we could tell the Absolute band were going to be brilliant. We had booked them last minute after someone had cancelled. We couldn’t believe our luck that they were free - someone else’s loss was our gain! We booked the six piece option with fiddle and they exceeded all of our hopes and expectations. Musically fantastic, lovely guys and a brilliant playlist. We got to have input from their vast repertoire, but then handed it over to them to put it all together and take charge. The dance floor was packed all night and they absolutely MADE our party. Look no further than this band - they are fantastic. "Rachel sang at our wedding in September 2023 and her performance was just incredible. I’ve not been at a wedding before where all guests were up dancing at the cocktail hour really getting the party started. We received so many compliments from guests and have since recommend Rachel to others. Professional from start to finish and really made our day. Thankyou x"

"The Players were absolutely fantastic. We were recommended them by a friend who had them play at their wedding too. They are so professional in their organising where they liased with the hotel from the beginning taking some of the stess out of the wedding planning. Their music is fantastic they catered for all ages and learnt a new song for our first dance which made the evening so special. They also asked for a playlist we would like for when they were having a break and also for the end of the evening. Many Thanks to all the band you made the evening special and everybody loved your music ranging from the 2 year olds to the oldies !! Thanks and hope to see you playing again in York soon Heather & Dougy "

"We booked Tim Young to play 4 sets at our wedding throughout the day. Before we booked we watched him at a pub to see what we thought an decided after song 2 he was the singer guitarist we wanted at our wedding. Before the event Tim sent us a list of 300 songs that he could play and we chose everything we wanted. On the day he was punctual an set up before required, he was as expected and we were so pleased with his performance throughout the afternoon and evening. We were amazed at how many of our guests made specific mention to how good Tim was on the day. We would recommend Tim for their wedding as a great addition to accompany the day. Thanks so much Tim.
