"I booked Rory as a surprise for my partners 50th birthday party through [agency] in our local pub. He loves a sax player so I knew he would love it! We spoke before the event and made arrangements for Rory to arrive at the venue. There was a train strike so Rory kindly arrived extra earlier so not to be late. Rory played a set for 2 hours which was amazing a mix of different tunes. Everyone loved him including my partner who almost had a solo sax player playing to him!!! He is super talented and joined in with the guests who enjoyed his performance and have not stopped talking about it since! I would highly recommend Rory and thank him for making our event extra special!"

"We had a fantastic evening in our village hall. Melody sang the first set of war songs, with lots of us joining in the singing. For the second set we had asked Melody to sing vintage pop - absolutely brilliant! She was in character for both eras, and we had fun dancing. Melody was easy to communicate with, very professional and such a beautiful voice. We will definitely be asking her to come back! "

"Thank you all for your coming down and performing for us, I thought you played beautifully and for me it really made the day special. I just wished I could have stood and listened to you a bit more instead of having to chat and have my picture taken! A lot of people commented on how good you were, and there are a least a few people (including my mum and me) that will be looking out for events to book you for again. "Jermaine went above and beyond to ensure my sisters wedding was a success by providing beautiful entertainment which flowed perfectly with the DJ we had hired. He was flexible with the arrangement and He fitted in with the crowd, socialised with the guests. Very talented. Highly recommend. "

"One word to describe this lovely young man.....FABULOUS. We knew we had made the right choice from the moment he arrived, he was professional and very pleasant and had a smile for everybody and we knew we were in for a treat the moment we heard his sound check, and he didn't disappoint, he was dressed immaculately and gave us a fantastic show bursting with long forgotten classics, he was very witty and made us all feel as though we had known him years. We didn't hesitate to book him for our Christmas Party....an easy 10 out of 10 for this delightful young man with an infectious personality and beautiful voice."

"Solid Gold were the band I chose for my 70th birthday party. They responded immediately to my initial requests and communication was excellent throughout the process. In the day they arrived early despite quite a long journey to get to our corner of Kent, and began setting up immediately. They are a talented and amiable bunch of excellent professional musicians who provided us with two brilliant one hour sets of music we’d agreed in advance, ranging from 50’s classics through to up to date popular bangers. This is their true strength; an ability to cover any kind of music to match the occasion. I cannot recommend Solid Gold highly enough, they’re a pleasure to deal with and provided a superb musical backdrop to my special evening. Thanks again guys!"
