"Cannot praise MAWBS enough! They were truly brilliant, providing a very sophisticated and slick start to our school ball - the music was perfect whilst all our guests had pre dinner drinks and then again throughout the meal. Just the perfect level for people to relax and enjoy. We would highly recommend the band for all events - they arrived in plenty of time and were professional throughout. Great communication prior to the event in the planning stages. Wishing them all the best of luck for the future and hope to hear them again!"

"Enjoyable night of well known soul songs. But slightly spoilt by the finale being Neil Diamonds 'sweet Caroline'. Very strange & a talking point by most people on leaving the venue. Surely there's so so many soul songs to give everyone to sing & dance along to at the end of the show."

"Greetings Anne, I enjoyed the concert in the church last evening. There must have been a lot of work to prepare, but well done all. The high point for me was your viola performance, a favourite instrument for me, a rich sound too so appealing. "The perfect choice for our annual summer fete (6th September 2025 Saturday Arlington Square, London, N1}. Mick & Co entered into the spirit of the event and kept everyone happy with a great mix of music. They were so popular that numerous people have already demanded that we book them for next year's fete... Many thanks again for providing the music for our Fete. I've heard nothing but compliments about the band. It's a bit early for that, but the Fete is always the first Saturday in September, so you might want to pencil in 5 Sep 2026 for a possible gig. We haven't done all the sums yet, but it looks like this year's affair broke all records when it came to fund-raising – over £5,000 to be shared between three local good causes! I'm sure the good vibe generated by yesterday's music encouraged the crowd to be generous. Please pass on our warmest thanks to Carlene, Caroline and Mick. I look forward to seeing you all again. "My now wife saw Martha Jones playing in a bar and suggested we book her for our wedding reception. When I went to see her at the Botanist in Didsbury, I was completely blown away. She has such a unique voice and style which is very different to the usual run of the mill singers. She played a numbers of covers and even took requests from the audience. She’s also a lovely person too so we booked her that night! When it came to the wedding, she was very communicative, checking about the songs that we wanted and also learning a couple of songs to play for our wedding ceremony. Everyone was commenting on how great she was and it safe to say that she played a key part in making sure our wedding day was memorable for both us, and also all of our guests. I cannot recommend her highly enough and the only problem Martha Jones has it that she doesn’t know how good she is! Looking forward to seeing her again in a bar soon."

"Gail played at a restaurant relaunch I went to recently, and she was great! She had a wide repertoire and included a number of very relaxing pieces which really suited the atmosphere, and she seemed to really enjoy playing the sax and interacting with diners. I highly recommend GGSax if you ever need a chilled sax accompaniment for an event."

"ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Andy and his crew were so brilliant, they entertained us all, at a family party with guests from 2 to 70 years old. They were very interactive and kept us all dancing and reminiscing, can’t wait to book them again and would highly recommend. "

"Jan was the upmost professional from start to finish. His initial reply to my enquiry was speedy, polite and informative. His communication is second to none and no question is unanswered. Jan let me choose every single song that he played on the night and I had no reservations or concerns that it wouldn't run smoothly. On the actually evening, Jan was truly amazing. He is a very talented sax player and everyone was very impressed with his renditions of such a variety of hits. From ibiza classics to even a bit of Madness and Spandau Ballet. Nothing ever seemed too much for Jan. I would 100% recommend Jan to anyone! Thank you Jan for making a special night one that will not be forgotten. "
