"Paul was a fantastic DJ at my 30th birthday party. He is very easy to talk to, enthusiastic and took the time to listen to what I wanted. Prior to the party we had a call to discuss the playlist and the kind of vibe I wanted at the party. He arrived early at the venue to set up and was very professional. Everyone loved the music he played and we were dancing all night. I would 100% recommend and can’t wait to use him again for the next party! "

"I have to say I was extremely happy with Chris and would recommend anyone to use his services, we had 4 bands playing, he turned them round very effectively and the feedback from the bands was that they were provided with excellent sound. "

"I needed some gear at ultra short notice. They had it, they delivered it within two hours and I was using it less than two hours later. It is quality gear, with quality cables and hardware, supplied in quality flight cases. They provide ample back up cables as well. Very nice touch. The guys are all helpful and very nice to talk with. The prices are incredibly reasonable, too. If you're in the market, you could do a lot worse than giving BH Sound & Lighting Hire a call."

"Such a brilliant DJ, great communication throughout booking and such great music choices on the night that really fit well for the audience. Had lots of feedback from guests about how much they loved the vibe of the music, Harvey had everyone up dancing on the first song! 10/10 would recommend"

"Hadn't used a sound engineer before and found Chris offered a great service. I chose him because he was local, had excellent references and was reasonably priced. He responded quickly to my initial enquiry and confirmed the booking, contacted me to confirm details a couple of days before and arrived well in advance of the event to set up and test his equipment. The event was a corporate lunch in a restaurant which involved pre-recorded music for a dance troupe and microphone facilities for the guest speaker. The room was an unusual shape with low ceilings and large support pillars. Despite a fairly noisy audience of about 140 people, the equipment did its job without any hitches and Chris was on hand throughout the afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again."

"From the very beginning James was both helpful and knowledgeable and came up with a sound and lighting package that was both appropriate to our needs and competitively priced. "We've booked Grimshaw Audio in for our wedding a couple weeks ago and we just needed to let people know that Chris has been absolutely awesome! The booking itself and arrangements were super easy with Chris, the price for all the services that he provides is excellent and we couldn't recommend Grimshaw Audio enough. Chris made sure he was there way before we needed him just so he could make sure he would be set up on time, and sound engineered the whole evening which made us feel really safe about the equipment just in case anything had gone wrong. Honestly, we loved meeting Chris and we would recommend Grimshaw Audio to anyone who wants true quality equipment, value for money and reliability! 10/10! "

"Hired Geoff for a 60th and he didn’t disappoint! He had the dance floor rocking from start to finish, he pulled all the stops out putting a slideshow on with photos, light show and pretty much anything in his back catalogue he got asked to play! Our singer let us down last minute and Geoff asked if we wanted him to do a couple of numbers so we obliged, and he knocked a few out, a DJ that does both one of the guests described excellent! You made everyones night Geoff thanks very much would definitely recommend and would definitely use him again, great value great service cheers Geoff "

"Wanted a disco ball and some uplighters to help my daughter’s 18th birthday party “sparkle”! The friendly team at Core Events were so helpful, from start to finish, with lots of advice on what to hire, and guidance on how to set things up ourselves. The equipment was exactly what we wanted and easy to use. Would highly recommend!"
