"Liam, thank you so much for playing on our special day! Everyone loved you, it was the perfect way to kick start our evening reception. It was brilliant to have everyone stood singing along. From you singing mine and my dads song for us to dance too, to learning artic monkeys and Mabels finders keepers, especially for us. We have an eclectic taste in music and you catered for this brilliantly. From start to finish you were so professional and friendly. We loved your voice when we first came to see you in Manchester and loved it all over again on our wedding day. I would recommend you 100% to anyone who asked and if you are thinking of booking Liam, go see him play first, that’s what we did and I’m so glad we did as he is a very talented man and really helped make our day even more special. "These ladies are so amazing. Four different women take lead vocals and they do amazing harmonies. Some beautiful musing songs, but also some rip roaring ones that get everyone on the dance floor."

"I had the pleasure of organising a works function for 100+ guests and was recommended to book miss-chief and the makers. This was the best recommendation I got because they rocked! They were easy to work with and I was able to articulate with ease of what our night required and they delivered and then some. Since the event I have had nothing but glowing comments from attendees. If you need a band who will rock the place with an awesome attitude, cracking sounding lead singer! and around high performing group look no further. 10/10 and already looking to book them again in the future!"

"I took my Fiancé to a Blackbeard’s tea party gig in York with a view to see if he would like them to play at our wedding. As soon as they started playing, the place was bouncing and our decision was made. When they played at our wedding reception, we were not disappointed; they were so much fun, all our guests had an absolute ball! Be warned, put your dancing shoes on, because you will not stop dancing! They are just too scrummy to miss!"

"We had the absolute pleasure of having Matt play at our wedding, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect musician for the day. Matt created a beautiful, joyful atmosphere throughout the day. It was the perfect vibe for our wedding, warm & easy listening with excellent song choices. So many of our guests came up to us throughout the day to tell us how incredible they thought he was. He clearly read the audience and played exactly what suited the mood to keep guests bobbing along all day. If you’re looking for someone to elevate your event, we couldn’t recommend Matt more highly. He was so professional, talented and genuinely kind. He put in a huge amount of effort beforehand to ensure the event was everything we dreamed it would be. He helped make our day unforgettable & we are endlessly grateful!"

"We’ve loved the MJDs from seeing them perform locally, and to be able to book them for our garden party was a dream come true. Gorgeous singing and playing, intimate, and got the crowd involved. Loved that we could request songs, and even have the audience request on the night! Great communication beforehand, and felt so easy on the day. Thanks so much, we’ll be booking again xx "

"Jon is most importantly a great musician who has sang and played at my recent birthday and he’s more than recommended. A true musician dedicated to music and entertaining people. Very good at building an atmosphere, and bringing an essence to everyone’s evening. Highly recommended if you are considering hiring John’s talents. He really is worth every penny!"

"Joe was incredible! Having seen him at a friends wedding we knew we had to have him for ours. The dance floor was packed the whole night and people can’t stop talking about the sax guy! 100% recommend booking Joe for any occasion. "
