"Gareth - thank you SO much for your playing at my dear late wife's memorial celebration service of thanks for her long, happy life. You were so kind and helpful with suggestions of hymns and the idea of 'panos angelicus' in the middle like a pause for thought and reflection worked so well. We were all stirred and strengthened by your rendition of 'Nimrod' at the conclusion and, as you saw - we all stayed right to the end before leaving St. John's ! Such a grand, celebratory and fitting closure for us. If anybody is reading this and looking for an organist I cannot - and I speak for all my family - recommend GARETH GILES highly enough Thank you again, sincerely"

"The Fireflies were the most fantastic band. We had a very small group at our wedding and Ian managed to get every single person up dancing. Their music choice was fabulous. And communication between us in the lead up was brilliant. Ian even spoke to our venue regularly as we had a noise restriction and he handled all of that so we didn’t have to worry. He took all the stress out for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the band were friendly and good fun. Thank you guys for making our wedding so special!"

"So many people have commented on how much they enjoyed the music... I'm sure that people were dancing because they couldn't resist your fiddle playing. Also it was delightful to be able to talk between dances, yet also listen to and enjoy your harp playing. Your contribution to the success of our day is immeasurable. You are a delightful musician and charming too!"

"Just wanted to say how AWESOME you guys were at our wedding last week. In the top 5 things that people had to say about our whole wedding, one of them was 'where the hell did you find that band, they're incredible' !!! Thank you so so much for an amazing night, at no other wedding I have ever been to have I seen a dance floor packed out the entire night. "We recently had The Good Citizens play at our wedding reception and we can’t recommend them enough- we got to work with them to choose the songs we wanted and they even played a special request that we had heard them perform before. They got everyone up on the dance floor during the whole performance and everyone commented on how great they were, including the staff at the venue and our photographer 💕 thank you so much for bringing the energy and making it so much fun for us, we had the most perfect time, love from the Gavins xxx"

"Tom is a fantastic and charismatic performer, usually seen fronting a behemoth of a funk band in the Barrowlands, St Luke's or at music festivals. When he isn't with the band, Tom performs fantastic arrangements of popular songs at private events and entertains in pubs. He is a lovely guy, a very reliable performer and can play almost anything (or will at least give it a go)."

"We were incredibly lucky to have Victoria perform at our wedding at Frickley Lake on 4th July, and we honestly couldn't have wished for anyone better. Victoria played during our drinks reception immediately after the ceremony, while our guests mingled by the lake with a glass of bubbly in hand. It created the most magical atmosphere. Her beautiful voice drifted across the water, and it was exactly the elegant, relaxed vibe we had dreamed of for our wedding. Her style is the perfect blend of modern songs with a classy vintage twist. It felt timeless, sophisticated and completely unique. So many of our guests have commented since the wedding on just how incredible she was and how much they loved listening to her. From our very first conversation, Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was warm, professional, responsive and made everything so easy in the run-up to the day.
