"We chose southwest band because they where a brilliant array of collective music choices and we especially loved the rock music choices. They had presence and the front man was brilliant at getting everyone up on the dance floor and getting the crowd going. They were brilliant just wish we could get married again so we could have them again at our wedding but we shall have to go and see them instead. Thank you from Rachel and David Burridge x"

"Hi Emm, we really just want to say thank you so much for all of your hard work both in the months leading up to and the night of Mum's birthday party. From the very first point of contact you were exceedingly warm, helpful and friendly. You didn’t bat an eyelid with indoor/outdoor changes and moves on the day, and made us feel like nothing was a problem. With what was a fairly odd brief, (Irish pub songs, Motown and a little bit of Elvis), you managed to create and execute a series of beautiful sets which probably mirrored my Mum's most played playlist. She (and every guest) thoroughly enjoyed every moment and we really appreciate your little extras and shout outs which made my Mum feel extra special on her 60th. We really couldn’t have asked for more so thanks again."

"Glo recently played at our wedding, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! I can definitely say, they made our day that extra bit special. They had a great song choice through 2x one hour sets, which had the dance floor packed and people enjoying themselves. At one point, I even jumped on stage, with the lead singer (and bellowed out 500 miles, proclaimers) 10/10. If anyone is looking for a band for a wedding, I would look no further. Thank you guys!"

"Small Days guitarist Dave Merrick was the master of ceremonies, with vocalist Natalie Davies and sax player Brendan Whitmore joining him for the live songs. Dave unfolded the story at a well-judged pace, with records of Bessie Smith’s evocative voice even drawing applause from the attentive audience whenever they were included. The live contribution was important, too, and Natalie wisely steered away from imitating Bessie’s full-throated contralto to emphasis the singer’s lyrics with an upbeat swing on numbers like Need A Little Sugar and Send Me To The Electric Chair. Brendan Whitmore switched between soprano and tenor sax, the former particularly eloquent on Need A Little Sugar, the latter coming to the fore on T’Aint Nobody’s Business If I Do. All in all it was a satisfying journey through blues history with one of the great women who made the music what it became. "Thank you so much for being at our wedding!! You absolutely made the day, got everyone up and dancing and sounded amazing! Such nice people and so very helpful with us when we had to rearrange our wedding 2 times because of covid. Made a stressful situation alot easier for us. All our guests absolutely loved the band as did we. I 1000000% reccomend these guys if you want a good party! Would not have been the same without at all. Thank you SO much! Amazing. "

"Felicity played for our wedding, playing classical songs in the lead up to and during our ceremony / walk up the aisle. She was wonderful, and extremely talented. She then played more modern music beautifully for our drinks reception. The guests and us all loved it, and would absolutely recommend her for an event. Her music helped make the wedding.
