"Shakers Gold were recommended to us for our wedding and we will be doing the same! We opted for the Jazz duo followed by the four piece band and DJ and couldn't be happier with how the whole night went! The band were discreet to set up/shut down and the transition between band and DJ was so smooth. The band had everyone up on the dancefloor within minutes of playing and we remained there all night! It was a brilliant atmosphere and we can't thank them enough."

"We booked Radio Dukes for our wedding back in June, and it was so refreshing to deal directly with a band! Mitch was really friendly, helpful and responsive from the beginning. We booked quite late in the day (our engagement to wedding process was only 5 months long!) but Radio Dukes certainly delivered on the night, playing a number of songs we’d specially requested, Reef: Place Your Hands, complete with a couple of lyrics changes so it became first dance material :) Red hot chilli peppers: Can’t Stop, which everybody loved. And not forgetting B52s: Love Shack which our friend and female vocalist got involved with, thank you! The dance floor was full all night, with something for everyone, from grandparents to work colleagues, to friends on space hoppers. We’ve had so many compliments since, so thank you Radio Dukes for your fantastic music! May you have a joyful, gig-filled 2019! X "

"Ginger provided the music for my wedding. She arranged a Duo with a guitarist for the champagne toast and then her band played after our wedding breakfast. All of our guests have said what an excellent band they are. They had everybody up dancing young and old. I think my nana thinks Ginger is her friend as she keeps asking me how she is!! Great fun band! Ideal for Weddings and parties.. excellent value for money."

"January 29, 2025) UK based singer/songwriter Richie Sampson is a veteran of the soul music scene. When the legendary pop/soul band the Foundations (“Build Me Up, Buttercup”, “Baby Now That I Found You”) came back together with an updated lineup, Sampson was tapped as their lead singer. He also toured with legends from the Three Degrees to George McCrae as well as lead his own group, Soul Kinda Wonderful. Soul Kinda Wonderful’s new single, “You You (Are Everything),” is garnering spins and streams from Spotify to the now-temporarily resuscitated Tik Tok. The arrangement is rooted in 80’s retro pop/soul, accented by trademark synthesizer hits and anchored by the electronic rhythm section from that period. Sampson’s vocals are strong and assertive, which carries the song’s message to one’s love with great confidence. Overall, a very cheery number. Great to see artists such as Richie Sampson and Soul Kinda Wonderful bring the classic sounds from way back to the present day. Looking forward to more great music from them in the near future. "It all went wonderfully . The band were professional , friendly and great performers from start to finish . We really enjoyed having them and hopefully they enjoyed the day too . They got people dancing and the music was varied and upbeat which is what I asked for . There were 4 generations at the party and the music catered for all . ( I did stop my step grandaughter and her friends trying to change the between sets music to rap ... so all was good , but we did have to submit to some of it at 1 a.m . ). The band members were all friendly and approachable and they were fantastic . Alison .. would recommend and have them again x"

"We booked this amazing band for a big birthday party in August. Their versatility and musical ability enabled all the guests to experience a variety of music including jazz, soul and old and new styles. They arranged covers to suit the occasion and had everybody singing along, dancing and really enjoying themselves. They played background music at first so that people could chat and moved onto more lively numbers as the evening went on. The female singer has a beautiful voice! I would highly recommend this talented group of musicians for any event. You will be enthralled and entertained and certainly not disappointed!"

"We absolutely loved Mary V & The Party grooves performance at our wedding! It made our day even more special. Mary and her band were amazing and her attention to detail was incredible. They managed to learn all the songs we requested in record time and play them exactly like we asked for. To top that Mary was quick-thinking and proactive when it came to unforeseen conditions such as last minute location changes."
