"THANK YOU to Lucy and the boys for making our wedding the most incredible day EVER. They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. If anyone is considering them for their wedding DO IT you won't be disappointed!"

"For our Wedding, Ley played the classical guitar for us during the Wedding Breakfast, and it created a fantastic ambience for the meal. He also played at our Evening Reception, and it is wonderful to look back at some great pictures of a dance floor packed with our guests.  The clever thing about his music for a wedding is that it spans the generations so everyone joins in. I know that my father was thrilled to be granted a wish to have his special song played for me at my wedding.  Ley learned the song especially and kept it as a surprise for me on the day. Ley also learned ‘our song’ for the First Dance. He performed a fantastic version of the original, it was amazing as all he was given was a CD to listen to. It was such a great personal touch to make the day extra special."

"We can't thank you enough for the amazing live music you played for our wedding reception on Saturday at Pimhill Barn. So many people have said you made their evening and you certainly made ours! The music meant I didn't stop dancing and I loved every second - our wedding wouldn't have been the same without you. "What can I say, Great night on Saturday! You guys were absolutely brilliant. Thanks ever so much. Everyone loved the band and music selection. Kate was fantastic, especially her rendition of Skyfall, mesmerising! Hope it becomes one of your staple numbers. Oh well, back to reality today and my 50s..."

From the very first song, they filled the room with warmth, joy, and incredible energy. It felt as though they weren’t just performing at the party — they were celebrating with us. Their music was outstanding, but what touched me most was the heart they put into every performance. They read the room beautifully, lifted the atmosphere, and even got people dancing who I honestly never expected to see on a dance floor again! Guests are still telling me how amazing the band were. It’s rare to find musicians who are not only so talented, but also so genuine and committed to making your event unforgettable. "When you start planning your wedding, there are lots of factors that you need to take into account, however for me, the music was everything. I called The Covered Band, and spoke to John. From the moment we started talking about my ideas, i immediately felt at ease. We wanted a Country and Western wedding, and this may not be an easy request for some bands, For John, he seemed even more excited than me, that's when i realised, i needed this band, to perform on our day. The enthusiasm and professionalism all the band provided,was the highlight of the day, not to mention the encouragement before hand. I had requested a few of our favourite songs, even the request to use my father's guitar for some songs, as these were really important for us. John always replied, sure, and i honestly couldn't of been happier to know that he was onboard, and was prepared to make sure our wedding would be remembered in years to come. Imagine, being on the dance floor, with all your friends and family, smiles on everyone's faces, whilst dancing like their having the time of their lives. I stood back, for a slight second, to admire that moment. It was truly spectacular!! If you are considering having a band, for your wedding, this is most definitely, the band you need to book. I just wish I could do it all over again and couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"After the first few chords the floor was alive with 70's retro cladded party goers. The songs were fantastic, the band musicians excellent! The band appeared to be having as good time as the party goers! Everyone has been talking about how great the party was for weeks…Even the gig die-hards said "what an amazing band". "
