Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"First and foremost Stargazers are fantastic musicians, the standard was absolutely amazing. Much more than just a function band. Secondly, the repertoire was perfect for a wedding, catered for young and old and got everyone up dancing (despite it being glorious weather outside). Very contemporary but doing the retro songs more than justice at the same time. Lastly, every one of them is really friendly and the whole experience of booking them, communicating before the event and spending time with them on the day was an absolute pleasure. Cannot recommend highly enough!"

"Honestly mate – you guys were ace and just what we were looking for! I think the dancefloor was full, from the moment you guys started playing, to when you finished which I think says it all. I spoke to a lot of people on the night and everyone I spoke to really enjoyed the set you played. You were brilliant mate, and thanks for the short notice use of your microphone as well – I know that got dropped on you at the last second!"

"Well! Where do I start? Whisky & Ginger were just incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Every single song was exactly what the crowd wanted, and they even played some of our requests (sorry there were quite a few!). People are still talking about how good they were a week after our party. We would recommend anybody who is in two minds about booking to do so. Worth every penny. We’ll defo be booking again! "Our booking with Radio Dancefloor was last minute - and from the word go, they have been amazing. Really understanding of payment terms for a big institution, with great information on set times, and what they were playing. On the night, they were really accommodating, getting everyone up dancing and performing the crowds favourite songs off the cuff and with no notice. We wished we'd booked them longer - professional and fun. Can't wait to book them again for another celebrtion! Thanks guys :)"

"Motown Memories were absolutely incredible. They played a beautiful acoustic set in the gardens for our drinks reception, then two awesome sets for our evening do. They learnt our requested song for our first dance and played it exactly they way we wanted it, and they had everyone up and dancing all evening! They were also absolutely delightful the whole time, and even let me have a sing myself. We couldn’t have asked for a better band!"
