"I recently booked House of Chords to play a gig at my wedding reception party at relatively short notice. The party was held on a Thames river boat cruise in London. I liaised directly with Mike from the outset, and was pleasantly greeted by an exceptionally professional service. Attentive to every detail, Mike addressed all of my concerns promptly ensuring total peace of mind. On the evening of the gig, House of Chords were ready and eager to please when all our guests arrived and delivered the goods musically. They are exceptionally talented musicians with a great, friendly demeanour. The evening was enjoyed immensely by everyone and I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending House of Chords to anyone to play any gig large or small with minimum of fuss and maximum impact!"

"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! "W4s played at our wedding in Somerset in June and they were nothing short of amazing! From when we first booked them, the communication was great and they checked in a lot over the year from booking to playing. We were a bit nervous about booking a band we hadn’t seen play live before, but we had no need to worry. From the minute they started their sound check we knew they were going to be great. They did an excellent job learning and covering our first dance request for us and from that moment on the dance floor was always full of people from age 7 to 70! They really got the party going and our guests didn’t want them to stop playing at midnight. They had a great selection of both classic hits and more modern pop, with some incredible mash-ups thrown in too. We really can’t recommend W4s highly enough. We’ve had so many compliments on our band since our wedding and we would book them again in a heartbeat. "

"Both myself and Liz just wanted to send you a quick email before we jet off on our honeymoon. I have to say I can’t stress how brilliant the guys were at our wedding….the dance floor was busy all night, and everyone who attended the wedding was very complimentary…in fact at the end of the night there was a queue for business cards by our guests. They made it very personal and very special and they were a perfect part of a day we will never forget. The acoustics and vocals during the actual ceremony and the wedding breakfast was second to none, everything they did was exactly how we imagined, the hotel duty manager was also impressed and said they were a fabulous band. So let me thank you once again for your absolute professionalism and a very accomplished band. I will certainly be recommending you in the future. "

"I just wanted to say thanks so much, firstly for persuading me to go with it, and of course to the guys for a truly amazing performance. They really were absolutely superb, fantastic performance but also so very professional and got it just right, you could see the sound, lights, mood and everything was being tweaked all the time. I was so worried we'd gone a bit long for such a small do, but they were totally relaxed and played brilliantly, they were perfect for us, they even looked like they were enjoying themselves :-) At one point I looked up to see the whole place literally jumping up and down. It was certainly a rocking night and one to remember. So, a heartfelt thank you, and if you're planning any public gigs please do let me know as we'd love to see them again. Sophy x"

"We have lots of bands play at our pub but nobody has a set as varied and interesting as Mostly Harmless. They never let the pace drop with hardly a pause for breath in-between songs. Continued playing after their official finishing time as nobody wanted them to stop. Definitely value for money and highly recommended."
