"What a band!! These guys sure now how to fill a dance floor. A lot of my friends and family are naturally quire reserved so we didn't really expect much dancing but after a few songs people were up dancing and by the second set the floor was full! The set list was perfect and all of our guests had such a great time. It was nice for us to let loose and have some fun and it Melody Avenue really were the highlight of our night! 10 stars ********** Andrew & Layla Ryan"

"We are just back from honeymoon and I just had to e-mail to thank you guys for your amazing sets at our wedding. Hands down one of the best decisions we made. Everyone was coming up to me asking where I had found you, they all loved you. One of the highlights of my wedding was dancing to Backstreet Boys before heading over for the wedding breakfast. "Let's Smooth Things Over performed for us a week ago at my 60th birthday party. We were extremely impressed at their standard of musicianship and all of our guests raved about them. They have a very good repertoire, from quieter songs, to more rousing ones, to get your guests up and dancing! They were also very nice people to deal with. Altogether a first class act and I highly recommend!"

"Lizy and the band played at my 50th party at home. They were all absolutely awesome and could not have done any more to make my party really fantastic. All the band were really lovely from the minute they arrived to the minute they left. Lizy is a fabulous singer and I would recommend anyone having a party to book them!"

"Kevin, Booke and the band were engaging, energetic and excellently executed every song performed. As a couple, our music taste is relatively contemporary and we felt through Funk Royale, we could have crowd pleasers to involve our family and friends, performed in wonderfully unique ways! They really delivered! We had so many positive comments about how unique the band was! To top it off, they created a musical medley for our first dance! Outstanding. "

"Fun and great band with top sounding musicians. Everyone loved their music and were hugely impressed, good stage presence too. The communication ahead of the event. They play an array of classics with some contemporary to suit all our guests musical tastes."

"GG and her guitarist made our night! They came an hour earlier for set up, were proffessional and easy going. Started with mellow songs and in an hour got everybody from kids to 70+ year olds dancing to the funky notes. GG's voice is amazing! She has a lovely aura and able flex her style to the mood of the group. Can't thank enough for this memorable evening."
