"Mia and her Miacats played at our Silver Wedding Anniversary. They played as an acoustic duo as people arrived, nice and calm and in the background, but cranked it up with a great variety for two sets with the full band, and got everyone dancing. Many of our guests complimented us on our choice of band and the performance of the band, which was really great to hear. We would have no hesitation at all in hiring the Miacats again or recommending them to others."

"Jeff was absolutely amazing! We had organised an Ibiza style Birthday Party, and Jeff made the night the best we could of imagined! The music and talent was incredible, Jeff asked if we had anything specific we wanted playing and was able to play them all. Everything was so organised and easy when planning the night with Jeff, very friendly and professional. We will definitely be asking you to play at another one of our Ibiza kitchen Party’s! Thank you so much again "

"The Cheers function band were great at our wedding. Everyone loved the music and had a great time dancing. Ben was extremely professional from start to finish and was very reassuring throughout the whole process, always getting back to my email requests and offering different time slots to fit our wedding and the timings on the day. I'd really recommend them for a wedding or any event someone might be considering. "

"Absolutely made up we booked Chris for our vow renewal party he was everything we expected and more. Chris was on time, very professional and friendly, everyone asked where we had booked Chris and had nothing but positive comments on his performance some of whom are in the music industry themselves. "Planning a wedding is really complicated and there are so many hard decisions, so let’s make this an easy one - just book the Hot Hats! Alfie and the team are absolutely phenomenal, if you want a fun acoustic duo who’ll draw people to the floor or get spontaneous dancing at the bar, these really are your guys. Their choice of music was brilliant and had the full range to suit everyone, all played perfectly. I’ve seen a number of duos at weddings and whilst many are great musicians, many can be quite sterile, getting up, doing their thing and leaving - the Hot Hats most definite aren’t. They are super-friendly and the audience engagement is amazing, I spent as much time laughing along with them as I did dancing and they expertly wield that engagement to draw people into the party. Having perfectly read the room, they led us into the perfect night of entertainment! The engagement with Alfie beforehand was brilliant and he made the whole process really straightforward and the day itself also couldn’t have been easier - the Hot Hats turned up early, sorted everything with the venue and even stepped in when we forgot to announce we were cutting the cake! They handle everything musical, they come with some great kit and even run DJ sessions between their sets so you get the full musical package. So save yourself some party-planning time and just go for them - you really won’t regret it!"
