"Superfunked played at my sisters wedding and they were awesome… Not just the amazing songs, but the interaction and the dancing… We had such a lovely time. Their sound system was amazing and they let us use their sound system for the disco afterwards as well. "

"We were looking for a band with a repertoire of jump jive and swing music for our wedding reception and found One Jump Ahead. The band did such a great job, they had such great energy, and our guests loved dancing to their music. There was good variety of songs so that our non-swing dancing guests could show of their moves too! We loved the first dance and really appreciate the band learning the song for us, we hope they will continue to play it in their future gigs. We had very good communication with Kit in the run up to the wedding and the band were able to set up by themselves which made things run smoothly for us, and were very flexible and relaxed on the night. We'll be recommending you to our family and friends for future events!"

Thanks Sherri! It was a really great reception, made all the better by the lovely sunny weather we had. It was excellent that many of your guests were swing dancers - we always like to play for them! (It's still a pleasure playing for other dancers, too, of course - or even those who prefer just to listen!) We enjoyed learning your request and will be very likely include it in our sets at future wedding receptions. "Dear Jess, Thank you from me and Mat!!! You and your band have been absolutely fantastic - we really enjoyed having you sing and play so beautifully and for being so flexible with timing. EVERYONE loved you and the band - they all said you have the most fabulous/ stunning voice and presence. The "EVERYONE" includes all the chefs (they were boogying whilst getting the meal out), the floor staff, and my neighbours who were still working in the garden and didn't quite make over to dinner. Thank you also for singing the 2 songs I requested - my brother (the one who led the speeches) was very touched as they were for him and thought you sang them beautifully! We will certainly be in touch again when we entertain with live music again! With very best wishes to you and all your band members, Yvonne & Mat"

"Unwritten Duo regularly perform at our pub and never fail to impress. The Punters love them and they pack the place out on their music nights. They keep the atmosphere going with their incredible upbeat live sets and DJ music with lighting. I highly recommend them for any event or venue. We have them booked for our wedding next year too! "

"The Belles were superb! Our wedding was vintage themed and the girls dressed up just as you'd expect authentic 1940's singers to. They worked very hard in setting up without interfering in any with the wedding. They sang beautifully and all our guests commented on how good they were! These ladies did not disappoint! Please pass on mine and Jim's sincere thanks to the girls for driving up to the Ribble Valley and being the icing on our cake!"

"I have know Mark personally for many years and have only ever known him to put 100% in to every aspect of his music career so when my wife and I started to plan our big day, I knew that his passion and skill would bring something really special and unique to the day.We had The Swing Gents trio perform at our wedding and the guys were fantastic! Really set the mood for the afternoon whilst we were having the photos taken. The set list that Mark put together was perfect and really encompassed the feel of the day.Would highly recommend Mark and The Swing Gents for any event."

"I love to hear Isobel sing and would not miss an opportunity to do so. I have heard her intimate dinner sets with solo guitar, party sets with electric quartets and jam with all comers. She has a beautiful, affecting voice on ballads and always works with the ensemble. She holds a room and clearly loves her work."
