"Thank you so much for performing for us at the Company's Platinum Celebration Dinner and Dance at the Institute of Engineers London HQ, One Great George Street and for agreeing to travel so far to do so. This year we were asked by our CEO to make it a particularly special event as Croudace is celebrating its 70th anniversary; we have been building houses since the company was set up in 1946 at the end of WWII. All 260 guests had a fabulous evening, enjoying a Champagne flight on the London Eye, the wonderful dinner and dancing into the early hours, but you were the brightest highlight by far and made the evening a most memorable occasion for us all. So many people have commented this week how much they had enjoyed themselves and your performance in particular generated a great many complimentary remarks. One table particularly enjoyed singing along with Que Sera Sera and we were all knocked out by the beauty, power and range of your voice, especially in Nessun Dorma, which had us all cheering and wanting to hear more. You were the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful cake. You are an extremely talented and accomplished singer, Gemma and I'm sure you have great future ahead of you. I wish you all the luck in the world in reaching your goal and hope that you find happiness along every step of the way. You deserve to be successful and you have all the necessary ingredients to be successful; a passionate love of music, a desire to please, a charismatic personality, you are a beautiful and elegant young lady and you have the most superb voice, a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, you are an organiser's dream and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. I hope I have the pleasure of being able to work with you again, or better still, seeing you perform as the main attraction on a well known stage. With kindest regards, Heather"

"A Diverse, skilled, talented, Saxophonist who understood the nature of the event very well and tailored the musical content seamlessly to entertain the professional crowd in attendance. It was a wonderful way to end an intense day of learning and instruction - due to the corporate nature of the day. Jermaine helped us all to relax and wind down, as he blew us away with his repertoire of eclectic hits. I would certainly not hesitate to book him again for this or any other type event. "Hi guys Just wanted to message to say a HUGE thank you for last night. You were all absolutely fantastic! Everyone loved you guys and the compliments were endless and have been all day today. In fact, so much so that the Deans Court hosts want to recommend you to their Events Manager for other clients. You made our day so amazing and it was just so much fun. To have everyone dancing, including my 82 year old Grandparents, was just amazing so thank you!! Even my Dad who isnt a huge fan of loud music keeps saying how fab u were so thank you!! "James really was such a brilliant addition to our wedding day. With the sun shining and James performing outside our guest and ourselves had the most wonderful time. James was a huge hit with all the guests from our 1 year old niece who was up and dancing to our older guests. We told James about our music preferences and he really hit the nail on the head with all of the songs he performed. We are so grateful James was able to perform at our wedding and really do think he put the cherry on top of our special day. Another huge Thankyou and well done to James having only two days to learn our first dance song he absolutely smashed it, filling the room with lots of happy tears. This really did mean so much to us that he was able to do this. We honestly could not recommend James more we hope to have his entertainment again in the future at more events as he was brilliant. Thank you so much James! Your charisma, musical talent and beaming personality were so loved and enjoyed by us all! Huge thanks and appreciation, Ward & Jess "

"We had Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band come to perform at our wedding last week and they were simply amazing. With a wide range of ages, abilities and attitudes amongst our guests Blue Jewel had everybody up and involved. Simple to understand instructions and catchy music meant that even our most reluctant guests wanted to get involved. The Ceilidh was our favourite part of the wedding, non stop laughing and even an enjoyable workout! Thank you so much for such a fantastic time. Now to think of the next event we can book you for!!"

"We are so grateful to Black Velvet Ceilidh Band for their last minute flexibility in playing for our wedding! We moved the wedding forward by a month to beat the lockdown and the band not only made themselves available on the new date, but also changed the style of music with just 3 days notice! Firstly their contactability and organisation was brilliant, making the booking and discussions with them hassle-free. Ceilidh would no longer have been appropriate, so the guys played a mix of Irish songs and jigs and reels. The music they provided was fantastic, creating the most beautiful atmosphere for the milling around and photo time between ceremony and reception. They were inconspicuous but added so much. Would definitely recommend them (and their versatility!) for any event.’"

"Incredible. Jim and Andy were the perfect musicians for our wedding, I cant recommend them more highly. They played 2 x 45 minute sets, performing 2 set lists we created together beforehand on Spotify. They were able to adapt to our specific song requests, starting with more contemporary Jazz and then going into more funk/disco/club anthems as the evening progressed. They are both so talented and it is clear they can really adapt to any genre. The vibe and energy they brought really set the tone for our evening party, and the feedback from our guests was awesome. The whole process beforehand was really relaxed, all of us adding songs to the shared playlist and then having a couple of calls to talk through timings, requirements etc. They came the day before our wedding to set up all the equipment and make sure everything was working correctly. The then arrived well before their set on the day, and were really chilled even though we were overrunning by 30 mins or so. Their set up is amazing, great disco lights, smoke machine and a a really top quality sound system and mixing deck which they let us use for our own music and DJs before and after (I believe they also would offer this service if you wanted them to play music between sets). They even provided some percussion instruments for guests to jam along with - which really added to the party/carnival style atmosphere. Two of the nicest guys and both mad talented. They really are the perfect choice if you want an up-beat and high energy dance floor - and you value good music! "
