"I was arranging a special 'covid-safe' 80th birthday surprise and was asked to find a tenor who would be prepared to serenade a very special lady in her garden. I listened to/watched around 50 singers on the internet until I came across Vasili and knew he was just perfect! Vasili was very good at responding to all manner of queries and came up with suggestions as to a suitable repertoire. On the day itself, the weather was absolutely terrible, but Vasili was a real trooper and a consummate professional, not just giving a great performance whilst the heavens opened, but making it a truly touching and personal experience as well. I would highly recommend booking Vasili if you want to give your event that extra sparkle of flair and brilliance! Thank you Vasili!"

"I have had the pleasure working with Zoe through our school educational sessions at The Red House. As well as performing a range of wonderful pieces Zoe is brilliant at engaging with and inspiring children. She demonstrates to groups of up to 30 school children and feedback from teachers and pupils is always fantastic. Her range of pieces appeals to all ages and she has a wonderful ability to capture an audience. "

"Had Lizz play for my 21st birthday private dinner and she was incredible. Played all the songs we discussed and was on time for setting up. She even went above and beyond and played for my guests as they walked into the room. Making it even more special. She played my mum and dad’s wedding song which was not on her list but learnt it for the night. Wouldn’t think twice about booking Lizz she was just amazing and all my family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how great she was. Thank you so much x"

"Thank you so much! You were exactly what we were looking for, and my dad just thought you were great (we had told him we were getting a dj so you were a nice surprise for him!). I have to tell you, absolutely everyone I spoke to at the party commented on how good you were, that you were perfect for my dads party, and how they much preferred your sets to a dj – a few even said they were definitely booking you for their upcoming parties! Thanks again, you were really wonderful!"

"We contacted Caroline for our wedding in August, we were delighted to hear Caroline was available and was happy we had found the professional we were hoping for. We were told she would send an invoice in a few days, after a lengthy delay we received an email informing us that she was double booked but hoped we could find someone else for our day.... not quite the wedding professional you would hope for. Beware if you are looking to book."

Invoices are sent out within a week of a verbal or written confirmation as detailed on my auto-responder, although I endeavour to send them out sooner. In Hollie’s case I discovered, on writing the invoice that unfortunately, another person had requested and accepted a quote for the same date within the same week. The process had been to enter the date into my diary when the invoices were sent out to avoid any confusion, as many quotes are given out, but not all taken up. The fact that this rare situation had occurred was communicated to Hollie within the week of her written communication that she wished to proceed, and before the invoice had been sent out. Additional time had been spent sourcing and purchasing the best version of Hollie’s desired song as she had requested something outside of my repertoire list and I wanted to make sure that I had found a suitable version prior to writing Hollie’s invoice. However, processes are continually improved upon and the booking process has now been rectified so that a provisional booking is entered into the calendar at the point of a verbal or written confirmation, before an invoice has been sent out in order to prevent disappointment. - Caroline

"Sam, where do we start, this lady is a multitalented musician and made our wedding extra special. From start to finish her communication was outstanding and she bent over backwards to accommodate the requests we had for our wedding - all be it a bit odd. We aren’t big classical music fans, but her repertoire was so large there were plenty of modern songs to choose from. Sam played the wedding march when I walked down the aisle, and we had the Beatles when we were signing the register. Sam’s greatest achievement was learning ‘Anyone can fall in love’ - the Eastenders theme tune and playing it while our 80-odd guests sang along, laughing at the lyrics - she managed to keep everyone on track. Thank you so much for bringing our wedding to life with your harp - you had everyone mesmerised. We will never forget the joy you helped us create and the smiles on everyone’s faces."
