"We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the Players for playing at our wedding at Newburgh Priory. They were absolutely amazing and produced a first class performance. We had so many comments about how great the band were and the dance floor was full all night. They were flexible with times and song choices and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. "We booked Tim approximately 3 weeks prior to our event, he communicated well throughout the run-up to the event and worked on understanding our requirements along with any special songs we would like to hear throughout the sessions. He was really flexible with regards to timing and set-up. In terms of performance, he was really good, just what we needed. He worked hard on the new (to him) songs and performed them well. We had a mellow vibe for the first set and a more party theme for the second set. We couldn't have asked him to do anything else. I would recommend Tim for any event."

"Well what can i say ?! We hired Dave for my best friends hen do and to say he was amazing would be an understatement! Right from the second we started talking there was great communication and he knew exactly what it was that we wanted from the experience! We suprised the Hen with Dave playing as she came into the room and it was such a vibe! Everyone loved Dave so much we even paid for extra time to continue the party 🎉 Honestly can’t thank you enough Dave ! Roll on the wedding ✨"

"Oh, where to start. Just book them and relax knowing the music is well and truly taken care of. We initially booked Don’t Think Twice Acoustic Band to play our wedding ceremony and welcome drinks. But after going to see them we knew we needed to keep them around to get the party going in the evening too. We regret nothing! Brilliant musicians, brilliant professionals, and even better people. We can't thank you both enough for making our day extra special!"

"Our Wedding reception in October. Nigel played in the arrival lounge and then for a couple of hours during food service. It gave a very nice ambience to the evening, and we had many comments as to how good he was, and how nice it was to hear the music in the background, that was not intrusive to their conversations. "

"Brilliant! Our booking was postponed for 2 and a half years through covid but this band were worth the wait. Communication throughout was excellent and the end result at our daughter’s wedding was just what we needed. Guests asked how we found such a great band. These guys took it to another level. The dance floor at our venue was big but they kept it full from start to finish. We can’t thank you enough!"

"A huge thank you to Thames Valley String Quartet for the beautiful music they played at our wedding. Firstly for playing me down the aisle so beautifully and then during our reception. They truly added to a perfect day for us. From start to finish the quartet were professional and polished, even learning our first dance for us from scratch. They were not fussed by changing timetables as sometimes happens at weddings & were happy to play our requests. Their musicality and passion for the music were clear from start to finish. We thoroughly recommend Thames Valley String Quartet to anyone wishing to add something special to their event. Thank you again"

"We had The Rush as our wedding band and they were even better than we could have anticipated. All of our family and friends have commented on how fab they were. They managed to get everyone on their feet. We loved all of the music, especially our first dance song."
