"We received so many compliments from our wedding guests on the performance by Somerset Soul at our wedding, they were excellent! Rebecca brought fantastic energy to the evening and it was a joy to have them play for us. We couldn't recommend them more highly for any aspiring couples wanting a great evening of live music for their big day. "

"I would like to say how delighted I was with DJ Shel at my 70th Birthday Party. DJ Shel arrived punctually to set everything up. Prior to the day he kept me in the loop regularly asking important questions about timings and selections. He was extremely accommodating as on the day I asked if he could stay on for an hour which he did. DJ Shel got the guests up and was professional throughout. Hopefully he will return for other events we may be holding."

"Interaction with JJ was excellent throughout the process of booking, music selection ( an extensive range of music to suit all tastes and ages) and couldn’t do enough to please. I would highly recommend JJ. He made our evening more successful than we could have dreamt of ! "

"WOW what can I say, We hired Throwing It Back Duo for our 90s-themed night at Silvers Margate and they brought the house down. The crowd was up dancing all night long thank you both so much for bringing the party to Margate. We can’t wait to have you back later this year "

"Thank you so much for performing for us at the Company's Platinum Celebration Dinner and Dance at the Institute of Engineers London HQ, One Great George Street and for agreeing to travel so far to do so. This year we were asked by our CEO to make it a particularly special event as Croudace is celebrating its 70th anniversary; we have been building houses since the company was set up in 1946 at the end of WWII. All 260 guests had a fabulous evening, enjoying a Champagne flight on the London Eye, the wonderful dinner and dancing into the early hours, but you were the brightest highlight by far and made the evening a most memorable occasion for us all. So many people have commented this week how much they had enjoyed themselves and your performance in particular generated a great many complimentary remarks. One table particularly enjoyed singing along with Que Sera Sera and we were all knocked out by the beauty, power and range of your voice, especially in Nessun Dorma, which had us all cheering and wanting to hear more. You were the perfect cherry on top of a wonderful cake. You are an extremely talented and accomplished singer, Gemma and I'm sure you have great future ahead of you. I wish you all the luck in the world in reaching your goal and hope that you find happiness along every step of the way. You deserve to be successful and you have all the necessary ingredients to be successful; a passionate love of music, a desire to please, a charismatic personality, you are a beautiful and elegant young lady and you have the most superb voice, a voice that deserves to be heard. Thank you for being so flexible and easy to work with, you are an organiser's dream and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone. "The band were not only incredibly talented but they also went out of their way to bring a party vibe to our 1920s wedding, making sure all our guests were having a fantastic time! The dance floor was packed throughout and their special requests songs meant so much to us as the bride and groom. We couldn't have asked for better entertainment. Thank you to Soul Hop, we would book again and definitely recommend to others! "
