"Good Morning Suzanna, I am sorry that I have not dropped you a line before but I have been very busy catching up on things I neglected in the run up to the Standish evening. Just to say thanks to you and all the band for helping to make a great evening. Compliments from residents and friends, on the evening as a whole and the band in particular, have been universal. It was wonderful to see the community have such a good time and for the event to be so inclusive for all age groups. In addition we made @£1,000 for the Church so not bad for a first attempt. "We could not be more delighted that Big Smoke Brass played at our wedding. Everyone told us how much they enjoyed their set and how much it contributed to the overall enjoyment of our day - the dance floor was packed throughout. They were so easy to communicate with also. "My husband and I booked the band to play at our wedding party after hearing them as a 3 piece at a local event! The communication with them was brilliant, we had no real notion as to what songs or style we wanted so we gave the band a free rein and boy did they deliver. From the set up and rehearsal until the end they were all consummate professionals. The music tight, the singing fantastic and they gauged the room flawlessly. Everyone loved it, all ages dancing and singing along. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs a band to play at their event."

"I just wanted to thank you so so much for 13th August. You, the jazz trio and the band were just outstanding! I had so, so many compliments from our guests about how fantastic you were, and it’s a testament to you that the dancefloor was packed while the band was playing. Despite slight logistical challenges, it all just went so well. I also loved hearing the excerpt from Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto after we were married - it was really really special. You were all just amazing, phenomenal, fantastic and you contributed to a brilliant date. Thank you!!"

"This band is truly amazing - all fantastic musicians! They were playing at a wedding I went to and their music created the most fabulous atmosphere, they had absolutely everyone on the dance floor, from toddlers to Grannys! Not only are they brilliant musicians, they are also a lovely bunch of people who would be a joy to have around at any function. If you are wondering who to get to play at your event - I would recommend The Grooveline without hesitation. Thanks Guys for rolling back time!!"
