"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! Everyone at the wedding said we nailed our music choice! If I could do it all again, Lucy and her band would be booked again and again.."

"I'm just writing to say thank you so much to the band for rocking our wedding last Saturday. You and the band were just brilliant - they sounded amazing, looked great, had such charisma and stage presence, and we just loved their music so much.Global Grooves had everyone on their feet and joining in and everyone raved about the music. I'm so glad we booked the band for a mellow reggae afternoon set as well which was just gorgeous on a lovely sunny afternoon. Thanks too for letting various family members sing with the band - an experience they (and we!) won't forget. You’ve all been completely reliable, professional and fantastic in every way. "The Village Beats have played at our Christmas party at our club in Adderbury, Oxfordshire for the last 2 consecutive years and we have booked them for a 3rd year! The band have helped us make our parties such a success - drawing everyone onto the dance floor for a boogie. They are such a fun band, playing popular music, always adding to their repoitoire and therefore able to cater for all age groups. They obviously really enjoy their music and their gigs and are very competent musicians and singers. I live in the village of Somerton, Oxfordshire and also booked The Village Beats for our Christmas party last year and have rebooked them for this year. Our villagers have said that it was the best Christmas party for years! If you book The Village Beats for your special occasion you won’t regret it! "

"Roger and Charlie are the best if you want a party to be lively then these are your go to men. Although not everybody got up and danced but those that didn’t loved their music. Totally professional and thorough likeable, don’t hesitate to book them, you will not regret it."
