"Absolutely incredible, Starlet Beat made the best day of our lives even better! Since our wedding a month ago we have continued to receive comments from guests about how brilliant the band were. Everyone was dancing for the whole night! Karen was great at communicating before the event, taking onboard all our suggestions and including them in either the band's set or DJ sets in-between. She offered to perform our first dance song and the band learnt and played it brilliantly. We were an hour late getting to the dancing from some overrunning speeches but the band were not only remarkably good natured about this they were also really accommodating, fitting the full sets in a shorter time so we still got the full amount, even though we expected to be cut short as it was us running late. We cannot thank you enough! The music was so well arranged and performed with brilliant back-to-back medleys and something for everyone; we didn't leave the dance floor while they were on! So glad we had the full 8-piece lineup too because it was so good. I can't gush enough about how brilliant they were and the wedding card we found when we got back from honeymoon was also such a sweet touch. Book them! You won't regret it. We are already trying to work out whether we can afford an anniversary party as an excuse to have them back...Thank you, thank you, thank you! xxx"

"Well! Where do I start? Whisky & Ginger were just incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Every single song was exactly what the crowd wanted, and they even played some of our requests (sorry there were quite a few!). People are still talking about how good they were a week after our party. We would recommend anybody who is in two minds about booking to do so. Worth every penny. We’ll defo be booking again! Thank you thank you thank you!"

"Funking out were brilliant! I booked them for a triple birthday party and everyone had the best time. Communication was great and easy to organise set lists and timings. Highly recommend!"

"Wow. I knew Lara was a very talented vocalist but she exceeded our expectations. The has the voice of an angel and we were all blown away. I’m confident my grandad heard the songs sang to him and Lara has provided us with a beautiful memory we shall treasure forever from a tough day. Right from the start of our communication Lara was just the right balance of professionalism but also approachable human with a really kind heart. No matter what question I had or request I made she always went above and beyond to make it heard and we can’t recommend or thank her enough. What a talented lady overall a kind human being with an angelic voice ."

"When tasked with the job to book a band for our Summer Ball on Weston-super-Mare pier, I knew Shakers Gold would be perfect and booked them without hesitation. They played at our Wedding last year & went down a storm. If you're looking for a great band who are professional & sound amazing then look no further! I'm sure we will see them again in the near future..... Thank you again to Chris & the band"

"Hi Matt, Thank you again, you guys were awesome and we have had so many people asking about you as they want you for Christmas doos and everything! We will definitely come and see you at the Barrel at some point. The day was perfect and exactly what we wanted and the rain just bought everyone closer which was great. "Rockaway band played at my 40th birthday party. They are all brilliant musicians and great personalities. My guests loved them. We danced all evening. A superb band for any party or event."

"I booked Lara for my 60th Birthday Lunch. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her list of song choices was wide & varied, as well as allowing me to choose some songs of my own. Lara arrived early for the event to ensure the sound check was completed and everything was ready to go. Lara has an amazing voice. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine for Daughter's Wedding and they have booked Lara too. I would definitely book Lara again for any future events! "
