"We hired the Edinburgh Ceilidh Trio for our wedding and they were fantastic, we had 3 hours of playing and I don't think the dance floor was empty once. They were great at explaining the dances to the guests, allowing them to quickly learn the dances and have a go. Many of the guests - most of which had never done a ceilidh before - all reported how much fun they had. "

"Absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for more. The band were fantastic and super talented. The fact they were genuinely nice lads as well was just another bonus. We were impressed with how The Shooglers enthused the many German guests with the spirit of ceilidh dancing, even though none of them had ever seen anything like it before! "What a fantastic performance! I have never in my life spent so much time on the dancefloor. The musicianship was superb - as a very average guitar player myself, the soloing on the night made me want to grab my guitars and start practising again! They knew the songs to get the crowd going and the energy they brought was second to none. Overall, blimey, what a great choice booking Jimmy was!"

"We booked 106 Miles to Chicago DUO and DJ's for one of our Christmas parties (6 weeks of parties with a different theme for each) and it sold out quicker than all the others. I couldn't believe the gear that they bought with them. Most bands just turn up and play, but Andy and Chris bought backdrops, props, a DJ booth and lights and made it look brilliant! Our guests were up and dancing almost immediately, and stayed up and dancing all night! Never seen that before! A fantastic night and a brilliant act."
