"We are so grateful to Black Velvet Ceilidh Trio for making our fundraising ceilidh a great success with delightful music and dancing. The level of challenge of the dances was pitched just right to tempt our guests (who were aged from 4 to 84) to have a go – and they all came away with big smiles on their faces! Phil – the band’s friendly caller – gave just the right amount of instruction and then a quick recap before each dance and was happy to adapt dances to suit some of the children. Arrangements and payment were all handled professionally and efficiently. Thank you so much for helping us raise over £300 for our cause!"

"Saxophoney Michael 🎷 what can I say he absolutely made my Ibiza 30th birthday garden party this Saturday just gone!! Everyone enjoyed the entertainment, kept asking me where I found him, saying how good he was and what a vibe, he was absolutely amazing from start to finish from communication upon booking right the way through to the end of the evening on the day of the performance. Also all the kids absolutely loved his vibe and enjoyed dancing around him playing! 🎷🎉 I cannot recommend him enough! Worth every penny 🎵🎷"

"Mission "mother's birthday party" accomplished! She loves Motown and 70's music and after a pretty tough year spent in various hospitals, we decided to give her a surprise party with her favorite songs. Volare DUO put a smile on my mother's face who sang the songs with Ciro! Thanks guys from me and my sisters"

"I booked 'The Grand Central Trio' for my 60th birthday party. They were fabulous: on time, friendly, professional and oh so talented!. They created a great atmosphere on the night. Communication was straightforward and thorough and they were very patient with my endless emails and phone calls. I would certainly recommend them."

"Invited Nick to play for our summer ball, beautiful evening that went too quickly for all of us. We had our formal dinner, then on time Nick opened the live music and we spent the entire evening working off the calories we had just eaten. I do have an aching back and feet today but well worth it, every time Nick does our events i promise myself not to overdo it but i like all else always does. As for Nick, you can tell he has care and pride on his performance and there are no lulls even when he does play the occasional slow song. It's mainly prefect songs for such an occasion, great banter with the crowd and even handled a slightly tipsy colleague that handed him her bra with much diplomacy, you had to see it to believe it ! Much thanks and see you in December for part 2 !"

"I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you and the guys for such cracking entertainment at our wedding. We had the most fantastic day possible and for people who aren’t known for dancing, we certainly seemed to spend a long time trying to strut our stuff on the dancefloor! Your efficiency during the booking process and the lead up to the wedding and your professionalism on the day were second to none and we felt hugely confident in you as suppliers. We also really appreciated you learning our first dance to do live, so thank you for that. "We booked Souls to play at our wedding reception after hearing the 5-piece play at a corporate event we attended. From our first phone call with Katy, through all the arrangements, and the performance, Souls were a great band to deal with; everyone knows how stressful organising a wedding can be, but the band and their music were never a worry – we would recommend Souls to anyone wanting great music and a stress- free process!"
