"Very much enjoyed by all. Such a talented guy, music was great and Michael was very professional and friendly. The booking was a surprise for my mum at her 60th birthday party who was completely overwhelmed and hasn't stopped talking about it. Will 100% book again when we have another big occasion. "We hired a PA system and disco lighting for our wedding reception and we couldn't have been happier with the service: the quality of the equipment was excellent, operating it was extremely easy and intuitive, the value for money was excellent and, most of all, the customer service from Chris and his colleagues in the run-up and on the day were absolutely fantastic (as per many other reviews). Would strongly recommend. Thank you to Chris, Steve and all who helped out at Core."

"Good morning Wendy, Just a quick message to say thank you for coming out to deepest Somerset to play for us. We all really enjoyed your playing and it was great to see live music. I know there was some reluctance from people to get out on the dance floor but I had loads of guests come up to me and say how brilliant they thought the music was and how much they enjoyed it. So even if they were not out on the floor they were all listening and those comments came from all ages old and young. So once again thank you and I hope your journey back was quick and easy. "DJ Karl Joseph is a true professional, easy to talk to and a great guy. I hired him for a joint birthday party and the night went perfectly. I had so many compliments from the guests about his performance I felt I had to pass on the good news! He was punctual, and polite, and gave some excellent advice about room set-up to maximise the atmosphere. His equipment was superb, lighting and sound were awesome! DJ Karl Joseph just knows how the play the crowd with his music selection and get everyone on the dance floor buzzing!! I can't recommend him highly enough. "

"DJ Karl Joseph did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding! The dancefloor was full the entire night! DJ Karl Joseph played all the rock and drum & bass songs that we love! We had asked him to keep mainstream music to a minimum and he did. Everyone's feedback was very positive and he was very professional. It felt more like a nightclub than a wedding and everyone loved it! At the same time he took cool pictures at our wedding party! Thank you for an unforgettable night! "

"My wife booked this man for my 60th birthday. I wish she hadn't. He didn't confirm the date until a day before. Everything was rushed and when he did finally set up it was time for us to sit down for our meal. It was just supposed to be a disco, but then he started singing. At least I thought he was but the microphone kept cutting out. The music was too loud. We couldn't hear each other speak. Not a good night. Won't be booking him again. "

I'm very sorry to hear you weren't happy. I cant really say much because I don't remember the booking. If I didn't confirm the booking till the day before it may have a last minute booking. Please accept my apologies, at Ginger's karaoke I always strive to give excellent customer service and I'm sad to hear that on this occasion I didn't achieve that.

"Couldn't fault Michael, he had great communication with me ahead of the event and even questioned if there was anything specific he should wear, which was great as our event had a dress code theme. He was prompt and his performance was fab! Would definitely book again and recommend to others :)"
