Review Centre: Pianists (Classical)

"I hired Rob to accompany me on piano for a gig at The Park Plaza Hotel Westminster. The gig was 3 x 40 min sets of background jazz at a cocktail bar. Rob immediately knew all the repertoire and we met for the first time for a quick rehearsal just a day before the gig. I was instantly brought to ease when I met him, his attitude was fantastic and he is a brilliant pianist with tons of experience. Another great thing is he has a extensive repertoire and can easily adapt to any changes you may have throughout the gigs. I will definitely hire him again for any future gigs. Thanks Rob !"

"A welcome return by Sarah to sing and play for www.londonlodge.org.uk after dinner. She has a lovely voice, is an excellent pianist, has a better-than-most sound system and a friendly and confident manner. She also learned some requests we had asked for. What’s not to love? We have booked her again for next year."

"We employed Nigel to play at our afternoon tea which was a belated wedding reception. Nigel played for two hours while we enjoyed the afternoon tea. We had returned to Furtho Manor Farm where we had married the year before. Nigel's playing was very well received and our guests loved it"

"Robbie was amazing as our wedding pianist! He was wonderful to work with and learned two new songs for us to walk down the isle too. He was also so helpful with planning and gave input into our ceremony script for it to flow well with his playing and offered to help with anything we needed as we were coming from overseas. Our guests the day of were also highly complimentary and his music really set the vibe for the guests the day of! Can't recommend him enough!!"

"Matt was absolutely wonderful for our event, despite our last minute booking Matt took every possible care to put together the perfect play list for us which was miraculous considering my limited knowledge of the titles of the pieces of music I wanted! All our guests were mesmerised by Matt’s beautiful playing, it truly made our event, he even altered his version of my favourite song to suit the uplifting atmosphere of the event. Matt’s attention to detail was so thoughtful, he even asked if we would like him to dress in any particular style to fit the mood. And all this in an outdoor woodland setting with an uneven surface to play on. We can’t recommend him highly enough, he is as talented as he is a lovely human being, an asset to any gathering or event. Thank you so much Matt for everything you did, you deserve every success ?"

"We hired Glen for our wedding on 6th April. We weren’t sure what to expect but he was marvellous and definitely exceeded our expectations. Communication was good throughout the booking process, he turned up on time and was ready to start at the agreed time and played a great selection of well known songs beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend Glen and would definitely book him again if I needed a pianist for an event. "Nigel played ceremony, drinks/reception and morning breakfast - at least 5 hours!!! He was a gentleman and a superstar. He learned songs specifically requested and performed brilliantly all day. "I booked Sarah for our first ever corporate event and I was so pleased that I did. She was amazing. I could not believe the voice that came out of her! She truly is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend her or to use her again. I had so many comments from staff the next day on how wonderful she was.
