"Sending you and The Carabana Steel Band members a very big thank for playing at the company’s Caribbean Event. You all added the special Caribbean touch to the evening, which was loved by all who attended the evening. The tunes and different melodies of rhythms was totally outstanding, the feedback has been extremely breath taking [Amazing, Fantastic, so Diverse with the tunes, an amazing trio] We are going to carry on practising our Limbo technique. "Hi Jon, just a quick thank you now we have returned from our "mini moon" in paris. We could not have asked you for a better performance. All of our guests have commented on how awesome your set was and they wished it lasted longer, something we both agree with, someone even thought it was a CD playing, high praise indeed. You really added to our special day and for that we are for ever grateful. We wouldn't hesitate to use you again and recommend your talents to others and we hope you enjoyed the day also. "We met Nigel at an open day at our wedding venue and we (and our grandparents) loved his music and charm, and felt it would add a real personal touch to the wedding. We were absolutely right. Nigel’s communication was excellent from day 1 and it was so lovely to hear he approved of our (fairly niche) ceremony music choices. On the day we got very lucky to have an outdoor ceremony and this was no trouble for Nigel at all, who played beautifully, matching all the songs played to the specific ones we had requested for particular moments (which ended up being played for a little longer than planned as I was running late - sorry Nigel!). So many of our guests commented on how lovely the piano and playing was and it was so nice when our guests got excited about recognising the specific songs. Thank you so so much for being a part of our special day Nigel, we would absolutely recommend you to anyone!!"

Having been let down by our original singer with just a month to go, you came highly recommended and we are thrilled you were able to play for us! You were a pleasure to liaise with from day one, quick to reply to our emails and provided a truly seamless service. On the day, the music was awesome and we are so grateful for you learning to play our first dance song especially for us in such a short space of time! "OMG where to begin?!? What an amazing experience we had, from our initial contact with the group/owner/lead singer, Lilac, all the way through to our wedding day. Before booking we had a fair amount of correspondence, information bouncing backwards and forwards with my specific questions to their professional opinions and information. I had a vision which I presented and it was clear from the start we could trust them to produce exactly what was wanted. Once we confirmed our booking, over the 12 months before our wedding, there were zoom chats and even a dinner date for us all to meet and put together our tailored set list arrangements, for both solo acoustic sets and country band sets (which we had booked a 5 piece but due to some changes in circumstances ended up with an 8 piece 🫶🏼👌🏼) Their professionalism is 2nd to none and faultless. On the big day, they arrived early, with their engineer not only managing to get a whole lot of equipment set up and maintained for 2 different on site locations but also spending time documenting the highlights.. the work that goes on behind the scenes is paramount and knowing the basics I was highly impressed. Now, for the performances.. obviously this is what everyone soaks in the most! Perfection is in the eye of the beholder and as I have no doubt, the band will confirm this, my requirement of this is relentless (the musical element to the day was almost as important to me as the day itself) and I can hand on heart express how I felt their performances were exactly the level of perfection I envisioned. I'm not the crying kind, I held back tears at the ceremony but Lilac managed to break me during her solo acoustic performances twice! Upon the band starting to play for our bride and groom enterance to the marquee we were compelled to jump straight onto the dance floor and we were both encapsulated by a stunning performance. Not being one to usually be found on the dancefloor too long I felt the lack of need to leave for the entire 1st set. I remember a conversation with Lilac about being able to get all the guests dancing and my stating I'll put every effort into ensuring that dancefloor was filled. Well, within the 1st minute we went from Mr & Mrs alone on the floor to having the room filled, although my assertiveness instigated this, it was the band that kept them all there from start to finish. What a wonderful wedding we had and what an epic musical experience everyone had! We've had nothing but high praise from all our guests and my only response is "weren't they amazing?!" Finally, on a personal level. These guys are absolutely as lovely as they are professional. Their genuine passion for what they do and their personalities shine through not only their performances with smiles, energy and interactions but just in conversation before and afterwards. Outstanding work, beautiful people. We love you, we loved what you did for us and appreciate each of you for being you and being a major piece of the best day of both our lives 🫶🏼👌🏼🤗 Thankyou!!!! Oh, and they can even provide a videographer and other services if required.. just another quick plug for you. Yee Hawww 🤠🥳🎶🔊❤️"

"We had a great experience with Sebastian. From our first consultation, it was clear that he has a lot of experience and really cares about creating a memorable experience for couples on their wedding day. He was flexible and supportive, offering advice tailored to our vision. He even organised a fantastic trumpeter, which added an extra layer of pizzaz to the ceremony and made our entrance really unforgettable! I also appreciated the offer of booking the choir as well - we ended up having our family members sing for us, but Sebastian did say that he could organise singers on short notice, which would have been amazing had we not had that option. It was a no-fuss experience throughout - he took care of everything and all we had to do was turn up. Sebastian was actually recommended to us by the venue, and I can really see why. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to any couple looking for a church ceremony."

"Sue played at my daughters wedding on Fri 3rd July at Newland Hall in Chelmsford and helped make the day very special. Sue played all the songs that the bride and groom requested and even learnt a new one that they asked for and she absolutely smashed it! She set up and cleared away with no fuss and lots of people commented on how great she was. Very nice lady also so I would not hesitate to recommend Sue for anybody wanting a saxophone player at their function. Thanks Sue!"

"Free Spirit are just amazing!! They played at my party and I couldn’t have asked for better. From day one of booking right through to the event, they made it all so easy. They were happy to play my playlists in between sets and were so helpful. The band played great music and got the dance floor filled. Highly recommend them!!"
