"Vernon was brilliant, what a talented versatile musician. I wanted a chilled soul vibe for my 50th birthday festival themed party and he delivered perfectly! He built a great rapport with us and we were all dancing well into the night with the old school classics. Would thoroughly recommend Vernon "

"We booked Vernon for a family celebration at a cottage in North Yorkshire and he did not disappoint! Vernon caught the mood just right and his guitar playing and vocals are excellent. The whole family really enjoyed his set which helped make the occasion special. Vernon is also a lovely guy and got on with everyone really well. Highly recommended!"

"We booked Laura to sing at our wedding ceremony and it was one of the very best decisions we made for the entire day. From the first note to the last, she created the most magical atmosphere, filling the room with a voice that genuinely gave everyone goosebumps. It’s not just that she can sing beautifully, though she truly can, it’s the emotion and soul she pours into every song that made the whole experience unforgettable. Walking down the aisle to Laura’s live vocals was something I will never forget. It added so much depth and intimacy to the moment, and I could see how moved our guests were. Many of them came up to us afterwards to say they’d never experienced a ceremony quite like it, and that her voice had brought them to tears in the best possible way. In the run-up to the wedding Laura was an absolute dream to work with. She was so approachable, responsive and accommodating with our requests, learning special songs for us and putting her own unique, heartfelt twist on them. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process feel easy and exciting rather than stressful. On the day, she carried herself with such professionalism and grace, but also with a warmth that made it feel as though a friend was performing for us. She read the room perfectly, balancing tenderness and power in her performance so that every song felt exactly right for the moment. Having Laura with us genuinely elevated our ceremony beyond what we thought possible. She gave us something truly special, memories and feelings that will stay with us forever. If you are looking for a singer who can move people, who can make your wedding ceremony feel unique and deeply personal, then Laura is the one. We can’t recommend her highly enough. "Andy played at our wedding and he was incredible. He has a beautiful voice and played a great set - it really added to the atmosphere and made the reception drinks feel very special. Andy was also professional and easy to deal with and arrived early to set up. I would definitely recommend. "

"Rather than a big birthday party my husband decided he would prefer to raise money for PTSD UK so a Charity fundraiser was organised. Having heard Nick a number of times before at our local pub, we knew he was one of the best musicians we have heard. Nick sent a list of his repertoire over and my husband had great fun going through the list and choosing such an eclectic mix of songs to suit a varied audience. Nick was well received by all interacted fabulously with the crowd and we successfully raised £553 for PTSDUK Thank you Nick for being the 'icing on the cake' of a fabulous night :-). "

"From the planning stage through to the big day itself, Glow Band were an amazing part of our wedding celebration. They made it easy and effortless to plan what we wanted and we knew we were in safe, talented hands. As a slightly anxious wedding planner myself, I was calmed by knowing I could rely on them to deliver exactly what we dreamed of. On the day, we experienced some unexpected minor delays in the running of the day - Glow Band adapted instantly to these delays and timing changes and went with the flow. They were ready to start as soon as we needed, always happy to adjust timings where we asked. Having Glow Band perform a unique version of our aisle song was one of the highlights of our wedding day. The connection between Michelle and James meant that they knew how to seamlessly extend and adapt the song under pressure to allow me more time to prepare myself to walk in the bridal procession. Our wedding day then featured an acoustic set as well as an electric set to get the party started in the evening. Every guest enjoyed this part especially as we were all up, singing and dancing to the classic hits. Michelle’s presence and energy on stage is incredible and James’ guitar solos were an exceptional treat for us all. You can instantly tell these two are in their element as soon as you see them on stage together. They were even happy to let my saxophonist bridesmaid join them up on stage to perform together for a few numbers - their flexibility and openness with this meant a lot to me. Overall, we were thrilled to have Glow Band at our wedding: they truly livened up our intimate celebration and brought everyone together! "We had Rob play in the afternoon at our wedding as an alternative to background music. It was a really relaxed atmosphere and he was extremely professional, just what we wanted. The music was varied and the guests enjoyed listening to him, joining in and having a dance. Would highly recommend him."

"The music was pitched perfectly for what we needed, no pun intended! It was beautiful and quirky to capture people’s attention but mellow enough that folks could chat quietly if they wanted. The arrangements were just delicious. Sarah was so easy to work with and went the extra miles preparing gorgeous covers of some of our favourite songs. She was definitely a talking point of the day!"
