"Hi Aly (and all the Aluinn and Definitives musicians), WOW - you are brilliant, amazing and totally delivered!!! Thank you all so much for playing at my party at Markington Hall last week and making it such an incredible evening. Really enjoyed both bands equally. Quite a few people were worried about the ceilidh and told me they "probably won't dance" but they did and they didn't seem to stop all night. And then the momentum seemed to pick up even more with the Definitives sets - just fab. Quite a few people have asked me for your details so I hope this will lead to more bookings in our area. "Absolute stars from start to finish, they kept the dance floor full all night with all ages! I have used these guys for a number of events over the years, most recently (and most importantly) my wedding last year and they have never failed to deliver. They are absolutely astounding, such energy, professionalism and service, I think you would struggle to find anyone to best them! I would highly recommend to a friend (and have done so) and would have them at any future events without hesitation. Good in any situation, they have dealt with the difficulties of extra security at military bases and rather more complex logistical arrangements with no fuss."

"Rachel and Peter, WOW. They are both so talented with incredible voices! They played at our garden wedding from the first dance, and their version of our song did not disappoint! We keep watching videos of it on repeat and we are so happy with it! They were also accommodating of letting us use their PA systems for our cermony and speeches during dinner. It made it a lot easier than us having to find something temporary. Despite the rain for the most part of the evening, everyone had a great time and was on the dancefloor for most of it! All the guests have thoroughly enjoyed themselvess and feedback on them have been 100% positive. They are very professional but also very friendly. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you both for making our special day even more special!"

"What an amazing band. We had the best day ever anyway but you all truly made our evening. Fun, entertaining, the right mix of music and what amazing artists. You played our first song beautifully - thank you. 130 people in the evening and at some points I think everyone was on the dance floor - a priceless memory for us to treasure. "It was an amazing experience to have Amie perform the harp for our wedding at Hopetoun House. She has incredible talent and made my walk down the aisle dreams come true with her rendition of Outlanders Skyboat song. She was there for the whole day as well and her remaining performances were magical. By far one of the best harpists."

"We booked Aidan to perform at a hen party, and he absolutely smashed it! He took the time to put together a set list catered to us, and we danced the night away! He came with all the right setup and equipment, so we didn’t have to do anything either, which made it super easy. Couldn’t have been happier! Thank you- what an amazing night x "
