"Having reached the ripe old age of 65 this year, my partner organised a big Grumpy Old Gits Retirement Party for me in a marquee in our garden in Pangbourne. We had over 120 attend & most guests came dressed up as Old Gits (Victor Meldrew, Alf Garnet, Compo, Nora Batty etc.) and we needed a local band to get the place rocking, with a wide variety of covers from the 50's to the present day. Found Mike's band Back2Back (just up the road in Wantage) on this site and were not dissapointed. Fantastic set, got everyone up dancing, entertained us with humour between songs and even threw in a wireless solo guitar trip around the whole marquee. Very impressive PA sytem and lights, all remotely controlled by their own Sound Engineer and six musicians who know how to put on a very professional and tight sounding show. Everyone kept asking how we could afford such a good band. The nice thing is, they were so reasonable, we still had change out of our budget to spend the rest on a decent firework display at 10:30 in the evening, and after that, the band played on!! They were so good in fact, that as we organise the annual Pangbourne Village Fete each year, we have booked them as our main act for the second weekend in June 2019. I advise you try them out for your event before then (or come to the fete next year). Absolute rockers, thanks Mike and the rest of the band, see you in June, if not before at another event. "I am a Sergeant Major and can tell you Hector was immaculate and his uniform and turn out were immaculate! You could tell Hector is ex Scots Guards his drill and playing were worthy of Royalty! Hector is professional, dependable and an a pleasure to work with. That why we always book him."

"Madhu and her husband played amazingly at the party last night. They played one set together and then Madhu played alongside our DJ for two further sets. The music was great and I think it really added to the evening. Would definitely recommend her. Thank you so much. "

"Harriet, we thank you for being part of our special day. We saw you at the open day and just played so beautiful. The booking process was simple and easy and you gave us such a huge range of music to choose from along with playing some of our own requests with only a few weeks to go. You are very talented. Your little touch of dropping a wedding card in our card box was also so sweet. Thank you. If anyone wants a harpist, Harriet is perfect, great communication and great value for money. I wish we had her for our reception as well."

"A great day, made even better by the efforts and skills of It's No' Reel. We all loved the jigs, reels and much needed help to get the dances right. Tom and the band went that extra yard to help with the first dance and farewell dance. Much appreciated and highly recommended."

"From day one you both have been a dream to work with. Very professional, prompt with email replies, polite, flexible and then there is your music! Wow! What can we say...you guys were amazing. The arrangement of Nessun Dorma and Happy both sounded incredible. Oh and Ave Maria was so special as it was the song that my mum walked down the aisle to and was a beautiful tribute to my parents and such a special moment too. When the doors opened and I could hear Nessun Dorma echoing throughout the church, I was overcome with the most amazing wave of emotion. It was truly so moving and there was not a dry eye in the house. My only regret was not actually being able to be there to hear you both play more at the beginning when our guests were arriving. I missed out! I'm actually on your facebook page listening to your music as I write this to make up for it (head bopping, foot tapping!) You are both such talented, gifted musicians and were a delight to listen to. We wish you every bit of success for your futures and thank you so much for making our day so special. We have no hesitation in recommending you and would 100% love to have you both play again for us at some future event for sure."

"Lianna was very easy and pleasant to deal with. She sang requested songs and repeated some when asked for people who were on the top deck for the first rendition. Nothing was too much bother and she did everything with a smile. She had a lovely voice and was a perfect fit for our evening."

"Marcus kept us entertained brilliantly all evening with his large repertoire of favourite songs. He arrived early with his entire pa system and was friendly efficient to deal with throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Marcus if you are looking for a troubadour that you can trust, who will perform beautifully and almost certainly leave your crowd wanting more!"

"Mark was fabulous, spoke before the event and to the venue. Was on time and all set up when we arrived. Really personable and professional. Equipment all looked good. Team had a fabulous time and I'm amazed Mark can still hear as some of the singing was dreadful! Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks so much for making our party a great success"
