"Paul and Mark were amazing. They started our Arts Week off with a musical assembly, full of info and great tunes. The class workshops were accessible to all our pupils and it stretched those that had a good grounding of musical knowledge too. Paul and Mark were friendly, flexible and fitted in with the week perfectly. I would recommend them highly. The boys and staff loved them. "

"We wanted some steel band music to set the tone for our Caribbean themed Golden Wedding Anniversary Party so we booked Gary Trotman. He was the ultimate professional. He arrived early, set up quietly with no fuss and then delivered exactly what we wanted. We told our guests that he had flown in especially from Barbados to perform and he was so good some of them believed us! The icing to the cake was that we asked for a specific song which Gary wasn't expecting but he researched it quickly and delivered. Very special We highly recommend Gary - a class act"

"We cannot thank Mr Love enough for the entertainment he provided at our wedding, we all had so much fun and you really made it a party atmosphere! In terms of service we had good communication throughout, the band showed up on time and partied all night and day. Limbo was excellent. Will definitely use again for future parties. Thank you so much for making our day so great. Our guests have not stopped raving about you! Xxx"

"From the moment we met Francis of Band One Steel Band we knew we had to have the band a part of a wedding! I can say that the band were amazing! They played during our cocktail hour and really brought the energy to the day! They made the occasion memorable! Our family and friends loved them and we loved them! They have great range of songs and they also can performance new pieces of music that you may request. Please do not hesitate to book this wonderful band to be a party of your special occasion! "We hired Thomas at the Sunny Steel Band for a 2 hour workshop to teach a group of 30 of us for our corporate team building day. From start to finish Thomas was great, from initial enquiries about booking the band through to when the workshop had finished. He was very informative, polite and attentive. The workshop itself was brilliant as well. We had chosen a couple of songs with Thomas that we wanted to learn prior to the day. Thomas was a great teacher, not only teaching us how to play but the history behind the steel drums and how learning and playing the drums can help us to understand how we all work differently. There were some of the team on the drums whilst the rest were on percussion instruments and we swapped in and out so that everyone got a go on each instrument. At the end of the workshop Thomas played the songs how they should have sounded like(!) and even played a couple of songs upon request so we could hear how the drums can really should sound! Everyone had a great day and I highly recommend the Sunny Steel Band for any corporate team building workshop, we will definitely keep them in mind for further workshops and events we may have. "

"The bride to be and the rest of the hen party had a fabulous time enjoying the wonderful music from the sunny steel band. The band were very punctual and very accommodating. The beautiful sounds made us forget it was raining! The bride to be was very delighted to have a go at the drums. Thank you guys xx"

We are so sorry to have missed speaking to you properly, but your music made the day so happy - so many guests said how much they enjoyed it! I’m sad I didn’t have a little go on the drums at the end, but we just ran out of time! You were real superstars!
