"I just wanted to take a moment and send you a note of thanks for the performance thatJock Rock turned in on July 1st at our daughter's wedding. We have all seen bands that simply mail it in and go through their sets as if they justwant it to be over with. The energy and enthusiasm that the band generated at our reception was simply infectious and you ignited the entire crowd into a wonderful frenzy. The Scots, Brits, Irish, Americans and others in our audience had the best time ever and couldn't tell us enough how much they loved your performance. But in addition to showing us that you are world-class entertainers, I was also very touched by your humanity. We are an extremely close family so in all candour it is sometimes difficult for me to have my daughter live across the pond where I don't get to visit with her as often as I can with her two sisters who live in the States. Her favourite song is Somewhere Over the Rainbow because it speaks to her in a very real way. We were disappointed when we learned that the band did not have that song on your playlist because we thought that it would make the Father/Daughter dance is so incredibly meaningful. One of the greatest surprises of the night was when we realized that you had taken the time to learn the song and played it for us for our dance. You took the time and effort to emotionally connect with the bride and her father on her special day and we can't thank you enough for that. "

"We had a great evening enjoying Luke’s entertainment. He really leads the party and everyone said how much they enjoyed his performance. Communication was great and he has an amazing range of repertoire. Would not hesitate in recommending him."

"We were absolutely delighted with Alan at our Christmas party. His music created the perfect atmosphere, and everyone commented on how much they loved both his playing and his choice of songs. "I booked Rory for my 50th birthday celebrations on the recommendation of a close friend. He was hugely helpful in choosing the right music, and nothing was too much trouble - even a last minute request to be added to the set! Rory is a an amazing and talented musician who created a brilliant party atmosphere, and I couldn’t have asked for more. He totally made the night, and I was so glad we had him entertain us. I could actually listen to him all day! I would highly recommend Rory to others - he is delightful to work with and a real gentleman." "I wanted a Blues Tribute Band for my 50th birthday celebrations and my party theme was always going to be a Toga party. The film “Animal House” made a lasting impression at a young age. I searched online and found the group “106 miles to Chicago”, viewed the home page, read the reviews; I liked what I had seen and I decided to mail Andy. The whole experience has been totally flawless; any questions I had were answered within 24 hours by email and we did not verbally communicate or meet until the party. The guys turned up on set, on time, fixed up, dressed up and gave it their all from start to finish. Every party guest wanted to know who they were, where they were from and whether they were available in the future. Andy, Chris, the Sax players and the crew were fantastic and they made a memorable evening; everyone loved it and the event could not have gone better, I was totally thrilled. Can’t wait until my 60th……"

"The day after our wedding just over a week ago one question that kept coming up was.... 'Where did you find that band?!' They were awesome from start to finish. They knew that we were having a festival themed wedding and really added to this, getting so involved with the whole 'Gibsonbury' element, and putting on a fantastic show. No one wanted them to leave the stage and we could not have been happier. The whole booking and planning process was effortless also, with Lindsay, the band manager on hand for all queries and advice. Wish we could relive the night again and would thoroughly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a wedding band and or great party!!!"

"Joe was an amazing edition to our wedding. We had a garden party on a Sunday afternoon so required a more relaxed atmosphere that slowly picked up. He completely understood the assignment and got louder and more upbeat as the day progressed and played all the songs we’d asked for. All of the guests complimented on how good he was. Thanks again Joe! "

"As soon as Olly played his first note at cocktail hour with the sunsetting in the background, we knew we’d made the right choice. Olly was supportive throughout the planning process and helped us get the right songs played at the right time around our venues noise restrictions. We also had so many people comment on how high the quality of his music was for weeks after the wedding, and we couldn’t agree more. We’d highly recommend getting him involved in any event you have coming up, and thanks so much again, Olly!"

"Hi Suzy, Have just got round to this - we just wanted to say thank you to you and the band for Saturday, it really could not have been better, James and I and our friends and family had an amazing time and the music was a major part of that! I will also contact Peter as the piano was exactly what we had hoped for and really created a great atmosphere. "Just wanted to say that the CG quartet we hired for my daughter' s wedding from LMM were amazing. They arranged and played what she requested beautifully, from waiting for the bride to arrive, playing as she went up the aisle and then processing out again. They were professional and their playing was of the highest quality. Everything was organised with minimal fuss and communication and reassurance was constant throughout. I would thoroughly recommend LMM."
