"Fantastic! I can not express how amazing m-SAX is, his communication and how calming you was before the wedding made me feel at ease! I never stopped dancing from the moment you started, words can not even express how amazing you are, I left mark to decide the songs and they were the best, he got everyone dancing from the first moment and so many people have commented on how fantastic you was. Highly recommend you and so glad I chose you. Thank you for making my wedding evening so special meant the world to us xx"

"Richard came to sing at my fathers 70th birthday celebrations on a narrowboat. He entertained us throughout the afternoon not only with his great repertoire but also his affable and personable nature entertaining every guest. My father was very happy and each guest praised Richard's appearance. What made the day more remarkable was the fact that I called Richard at 9am on Sunday morning and he agreed to sing even though the barge departed at 1pm, after the singer we had booked cancelled at 8.45am! Richard had appeared in London the previous night and had a late night. I will highly recommend Richard to anybody! "

"Book Claire! Claire was so wonderful to work with before and after our big day! She was super communicative with me before my wedding and made the process so smooth for us too. We were eloping abroad so time zones were a bit tricky on my end but she was more than kind and made our day so much more intimate and special. She’s talented and you won’t be disappointed either. Thank you Claire! We won’t forget you."

"I just wanted to pass on a massive thank you to you and the rest of the band for a truly awesome performance at our wedding in December. The evening was everything we hoped it would be and that is largely down to the fabulous atmosphere created by yourselves which got most people (nearly 100 at one point!!) up, dancing and thoroughly enjoying themselves. All of our guests have commented on what a great night it was and how good the band were and Rob and I certainly had a fantastic evening.Also thanks to the DJ/sound man for putting up with lots of drunken requests from the bridesmaids, much appreciated!We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone having a wedding or other form of party as a great fun party band. "We booked Sarah for our wedding reception, she was very responsive had a great repertoire of songs and did play some requests from us including our first dance. She arrived promptly set up and played well throughout the evening. All our guests commented on how well she played and sang almost wishing they were sat listening to her rather than eating and socialising. We could not have asked for a better pianist for the night. "

"We just wanted to say a big thank you for playing at our wedding…You were great and lots of people have said how much they enjoyed the ceilidh, including us! It was brilliant to see the dance floor full all night, and it looked like everyone was having lots of fun, which is just what we had hoped for! We will certainly recommend Blackbeard’s Tea Party to anybody looking for a ceilidh band, and hope to see you again!"

"Chris and I can't recommend Sean highly enough. We had so many positive guest comments, including from other professional entertainers. He was fantastic at both the DJ-ing and the singing (the number of people who still thought he was DJ-ing at the first song was staggering!), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, and in fact, one guest wanted contact details to immediately book him. Great communication too, and a genuinely nice guy who was a pleasure to have involved in our wedding day."
