"We booked the Pop Pickers for our Dad's 80th birthday party and they were brilliant! All the songs played from the 50s, 60s & 70s were known by all and got a lot of people up dancing. Communication with Ian was great before the event, and we would thoroughly recommend."

"Dear Fiddlestix, A huge thank you to the band for providing such an amazing, unforgettable ceilidh for our wedding celebrations at the Telegraph in Putney. We were blown away by the absolutely fabulous music and, to Sarah, a special thank you for your expertise and patience with all our family and friends. Everyone, be they young or old, shy or willing, natural dancers or rhythmically challenged, had an absolute ball and we've had loads of feedback from guests saying it was the highpoint of the evening. "I held my event at short notice and found Melissa on this site, a she was able to accommodate . like to also thank Melissa for her upmost professionalism during my party helping me in deciding the times to proceed with her singing and coincide with my speech and buffet to not be interrupted.I would have happily payed more than I was quoted. One of the best solo singers I’ve come across. Absolutely amazing, such a natural performer. The genre of music was expansive and accommodating to all age groups. Everyone at my party has said how good she was. Once again thank Melissa, am already getting asked where I found you. 10 out 10 all day long, no bones about. Amazing "

"Vitalia played for my daughter's wedding reception and wedding breakfast. Her playing was beautiful and the most perfect special addition to a wonderful day. I only booked her a few days before the wedding but she rose to the occasion and played all the music on my "special playlist", some of which she did not know before. Vitalia was a very glamorous element to the day and I would love to book her again, but only have one daughter. Thank you Vita."

"We booked Kirsty for our wedding and we are super happy we did. Kirsty contacted us before the day to discuss all the details and our preferences. She was happy for us to send over a playlist of our favourite songs. I knew from her fantastic and prompt communication prior to the wedding that Kirsty was going to be great and it really put us at ease. On the day she was so organised, professional and relaxed. She chatted to us and our guests prior to the set which was lovely. We loved the set and so did our guests. We would recommend Kirsty for any wedding - she was brilliant. Thank you for helping to make our day so amazingly relaxed which is the exact vibe we wanted. We would love to hire her again if we ever organise another event. Kirsty & Lisa"

"Well what a cracker of a céilí that was! Céilí Max played for us at our wedding and the buckets of sweat that were dripping off our guests in the chill of the evening just about says it all about how fantastic they were! The music – fantastic, the caller – brilliant (and hilarious) and communication leading up to the day – couldn’t have asked for more. We (and all our guests – they are still talking about it!) had an absolute ball at the céilí you put on for us and we highly recommend Céilí Max!"
